We're a premium Apple reseller located in Hurstville, NSW. We stock a range of products from iPods, iMacs, MacBook Pro's, MacBook Air's and all the accessories you'll need for your Mac. Come in and check out the store, we'd love to see you!

As well as a reseller, we're also a gold certified Apple service centre! With highly qualified technicians, your computers are in safe hands and will be fixed to the state that they were before. We service iMacs, MacBook's, MacBook Pro's, MacBook Air's, iPods and iPad's.

Thursday nights and Saturday mornings are the perfect time for you to perfect your Mac skills! Regular training sessions are held on these days and the training schedules are uploaded to the website for you to choose the most appropriate day. Jimmy helped me replace the faulty hard drive of my 2013 iMac 27 and successfully restored my backed up data using Time Machine. All done in 2 days. Not cheap but worth every penny of it. Everyone was pleasant. Thanks.
I think it really depends on who you’re speaking with and who assists you. My experience was that my MacBook screen was replaced here, then when I took it back the keyboard was damaged certain keys don’t work, esp the row at the top. I called to let them know and to see whether they could fix this. The man on the phone basically said “We won’t do it for free, how do we know you didn’t damage it”. ???? No offer to look into it, no assistance whatsoever. I would say for straight up tasks they’re ok, but any issues with their service, they won’t take responsibility whatsoever. Edit: Further to below response, predictably, your reply was that there were no records of my correspondence with you regarding this issue, yet somehow you have a record of my replacement. Evidently, you should have kept better records. As your reply shows, I reiterate that my experience is that this store will take NO responsibility whatsoever for any DAMAGE THEY CAUSE.
Excellent customer service and workmanship, fixed my macbook pro in under 48 hrs and did a perfect job. Has previously given very honest and helpful phone advice too. Would highly recommend for any mac repairs/servicing.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Awful service. Was recommended to come here after my MacBook turned off and couldn’t be turned back on as it was stuck in an update loop. The guy was so rude, dismissed my concerns and basically shrugged his shoulders and told me it would cost 2-3k to recover the data and I’d have to pay $80 for him to even look at the laptop. The reviews on this site aren’t lying and I’ve told Apple I have no idea why they recommend this god awful place. Thankfully the data recovery place was a lot more helpful, only charged me $250 to recover my data and after a wipe of my laptop I was back online and getting work done. Thanks for telling me that my laptop was basically gone and when I told you I knew what the issue was and you said “is that your opinion or Apples” and I said that it was fine I just needed to get past the loop you dismissed my concerns. Well turns out I was right and that there are tonne more people out there that are more helpful and professional than this dump. AVOID!!!!!
Can I give this store 6 stars? I have been using Idealstore for many years and Amy and staff are always professional, cutreous and exact with all interactions. Amy went above and beyond to sort out my repair with genuine care which is very wlecome in the post covid world. My MacBook Pro was fixed under warrenty and parts were quickly sorted. Laptop feels like new with a new battery, new trackpad and audio input. Thank you Amy and staff! I wouldn't take my Mackbook anywhere else.
The ideal place to take a mac for repairs. Fast, efficient , courteous and respectful staff. I checked in my Mac on a Monday and i expected to pay a lot of money for my cracked display and also i was told that my mac would be ready between 3-5 days . I was pleasantly surprised to received a call on Tuesday only to be told that my mac was ready. When i got to the shop i was amazed to be told that it had been fixed free of charge.
Not interested in small jobs like battery replacement for MacBook Air. Tried to tell me he couldn’t get the parts. I went outside and ordered them successfully online. Very disappointed. Part 2. They then replied with a spiel that Genuine Apple parts are not available. I was order to order one within 5 minutes of leaving the store. The one thing that I cant stand is liars. The computer is less than 7 years old, I would think twice about using their services where trust is important.
