ICRG provides civil maintenance and construction support to resource companies. What makes us different is our workforce is largely Aboriginal. We have expanded our business to include logistics, electrical, lighting and fixed plant maintenance capabilities.
Our business model is focused on joint venturing with Traditional Owner groups to improve Indigenous employment opportunities on Country.
GUMA:
Guma Pty Ltd (GUMA) is a mining services company is located in the East Pilbara,
GUMA founders Raymond Drage, and Victor Parker joined with ICRG in 2012 to provide civil works and construction support to major mining companies for the benefit of the Northwest Indigenous community.
Guma by definition means “coming together” and that’s exactly how the GUMA ICRG Joint Venture works, with everyone working together side by side to deliver on clients project objectives while ensuring Aboriginal communities benefit and contribute to the success of the mining sector.
Muntulgura Guruma:
Muntulgura Guruma JV Pty Ltd is an Indigenous contractor providing civil and mining services within the central Pilbara area.
The JV is a 50/50 Partnership agreement between Wintawari Guruma Enterprises (which is owned by the Eastern Guruma Traditional Owners) and ICRG.
All profits generated by Wintawari Guruma Enterprises from Muntulgura Guruma partnership will be returned to the Eastern Guruma people. These profits will be distributed via social welfare and community development programs overseen by the Wintawari Guruma Aboriginal Corporation.
ICRG North:
ICRG North Pty Ltd is a 50/50 joint venture based in Darwin focused on providing civil and mining services to the oil and gas, mining and government sectors.
ICRG North is modelled on the successful Guma ICRG JV, which sees ICRG provide funding, business, technical and training support.
Ngardii:
Ngardii Pty Ltd operates in Perth and the South-West region of Western Australia.
The partnership is focused on providing civil works and trades services to the government, oil and gas and mining sectors.
Ngardii offers a unique contracting service to Perth and the South West region – providing clients with a high degree of local Indigenous content along with strong project management skills and technical expertise Maarli is a 50/50 joint venture agreement between Noongar Traditional Owners and ICRG.
ICRG Logistics:
ICRG Logistics is the first Aboriginal owned global logistics company based in Australia.
We offer logistic solutions using road, rail and air in partnership with ambitious Aboriginal contractors.
Our service is industry-focused, providing logistic solutions to the mining sector, vessel chartering and over-dimensional trucking to remote mining locations.
We also offer logistics support to the oil and gas industry providing pipe transportation and consolidation facilities.

ICRG Electrical and Drilling:
ICRG Electrical and Drilling was established to increase the service offering to our clients.
ICRG Electrical and Drilling provide full electrical and drilling services to all aspects of the mining industries, remote towns and communities throughout WA.
Speciality services offered by ICRG Electrical include; directional drilling and cable trenching, building maintenance, 24 hour emergency call out, air-conditioning maintenance, data system
upgrade and installation, fibre optic cabling, NBN lead in, testing and design, supply, installation and testing of structured cabling
systems.
ICRG Electrical prides itself on providing expertise in both large and small industrial electrical installation projects. Our experience extends from upgrading switchboards, machine relocation and installation through to the installation of high voltage cabling and transformers.
ICRG is committed to expanding its services within the mining, oil & gas and petrochemical resource industries to provide meaningful and sustainable Indigenous employment and Traditional Owner participation.
