Manufacturer and supplier of great radio equipment

While i believe ICOM make a quality product and there is always the chance of problems in the manufacturing process, their after sales service is bad. I brought a ICOM M25 Euro and after 2 uses in 25 days it no longer switched on, thinking that i brought a quality product at a premium cost, i had to send it away to them and the turn around is longer than i have owned the product for. I do believe i have just got a one off problem unit, a product is only as good as the company that stands behind its products. Its a pity ICOM
