Stunning views from the balconies — and a great vibe overall. We enjoyed very good service while we had drinks in the bar — but it became a little slow once several of us ordered food as well.nnAs I said, our drinks were great. The food was good — and just had some mixed reviews in our group of 6. However — the views and energy were why we’d planned to go and we were not disappointed. We only stayed for dinner since it was late at that point.nnWe talked, ate, drank and had an excellent time — and everyone was still talking about the evening the next day. So, the food was totally fine for our needs.
Honestly don't know how there was not a line out the door.nThe service was impeccable and the food was delicious to top it off you are offered million dollar views of Bondi from one of the best vantage points.nWe were expecting to pay so much more however when the bill arrived it was the cherry on top to an overall great lunch experience.nWill definitely be back!
Wonderful view, ruined by your terrible service. The bread was cold and when we asked to heat it. The manager said “ no we don’t have heat service. The heat bread will be too hot to eat.” hope you enjoy your cold bread with your family every morning.nnThe steak and market fish were too salty. The wine was fine.nnAnyway, the most ridiculous was the unnoticeable 101 dollars TIP. Hope you understand what means tip.nnThanks for the good service of Manager Gareth. You deserve this five star comment and hope your restaurant long lives. With your fabulous service and wonderful food. give everyone the first experience in tourist trap
Had a lovely dinner, great location with bondi ocean views. Friendly service, delicious foods. Both entrees were delicious - burrata & warm octopus. Shares the 500g salt trustee ribeye, along witg some sides. Desserts were yumnRecommended the warm pudding and chocolate walnut tart. Highly recommended Icebeegs, Bondi.
Went for lunch with friends on Tuesday 23 April 2024. The ocean views were spectacular however the food and service is really poor. I asked if the prawns in the prawn fettuccine was fresh. They confirmed it was. The meal I received was terrible. It had tiny bits of prawn. It’s a cheap restaurant. You are better off paying more to go to the icebergs restaurant for better food and service. You pay for what you get in Sydney!
