Stunning views from the balconies — and a great vibe overall. We enjoyed very good service while we had drinks in the bar — but it became a little slow once several of us ordered food as well.nnAs I said, our drinks were great. The food was good — and just had some mixed reviews in our group of 6. However — the views and energy were why we’d planned to go and we were not disappointed. We only stayed for dinner since it was late at that point.nnWe talked, ate, drank and had an excellent time — and everyone was still talking about the evening the next day. So, the food was totally fine for our needs.
I had the privilege of dining in the bar at Icebergs Dining Room and Bar, the staff are amazing, friendly and professional. The staff explained the menu in detail and helped pick delicious options, overlooking the famous Bondi Beach, it was an iconic night.nAll the food and drinks we had were sublime and I will be back soon to get another Anna's Boulevardier my new favourite cocktail, more Squid Ink Calamari and the delectable Chocolate Mousse UNREAL!.
Honestly don't know how there was not a line out the door.nThe service was impeccable and the food was delicious to top it off you are offered million dollar views of Bondi from one of the best vantage points.nWe were expecting to pay so much more however when the bill arrived it was the cherry on top to an overall great lunch experience.nWill definitely be back!
I stumbled upon this place by accident, on my first day in Sydney. Knowing nothing but the Uber drivers recommendation of checking out Bondi Beach, I set out on an adventure. In the early afternoon I wanted to grab a quick drink in a place with a view and the reviews of this place were great, so I decided to give it a go.nnI was quickly seated at an excellent table with a view. I started with just a glass of wine and the server didn't pressure me in any way to get a meal or order more alcohol in any hurry. Little did she know I was going to continue ordering far into her shift. The wine list here is exquisite, having a very good selection of global wines. Since it was my first time in Australia I stuck to the Shiraz and was not disappointed. After speaking to the sommelier, I may or may not have tried several of them. The Cacio e Pepe was extremely good, perfectly cooked noodles with a delicious sauce. That pasta gave anything that I had in Italy a run for its money. I think after everything I was there for about 4 hours and enjoyed every minute of it.nnIf you're in the area and looking for a great spot for a drink or a meal, give this place a shot. The view is immaculate and the food is delicious.
We had a lovely dinner with a tasting menu and pairing wines. The food was very delicious especially the wasabi melon with prosciutto! The wine pairing was also beautiful and matched really well with the dishes.nThe staff was super friendly and very good at explaining the dish and the wine pairing.nOverall, we had a really enjoyable time and really enjoyed the food and wine!
