Fantastic location, great customer service! We stayed here last night and have been blown away by the amazing customer service. We arrived early and the staff immediately made us feel welcome. Due to a travel issue, they also very happily stored all of our baggage while we spent an unexpected day in Sydney. The room was spotless and lovely. The bed was massive and there is a ‘pillow bar’ where you can choose the style of pillow that best suits you. Even on the first floor it was quite to the traffic down stairs. In the lobby there is a lovely bar/cafe which is very comfortable and managed to make me feel surprisingly trendy. Well worth the stay, congratulations to the amazing staff!

Plus. Reception were very friendly and helpful. it's close to the water front. Awesome places to eat all around. Neg. Rooms are really small. You have to close the door when showering otherwise you set the smoke detectors off and you have to pay for it. $750. My window look right outside onto the highway.

Really, really good staff. Helpful and friendly. Hotel was nice and clean. Close to all amenities and walking distance from them. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Sydney.

Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms are up to date, clean and well presented. Facilities include a bar downstairs that serves a rudimentary breakfast menu but more comprehensive breakfast venues are nearby. Wifi was great, smart TV in the room I stayed in and on site parking provided to guests at a reduced rate. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

My second stay here in the Ibis King Street Wharf, Sydney. Great staff, good services, fantastic location. I can highly recommend this place for short business or pleasure stops in this incredible city.
