Very friendly and caring staff. A huge thanks to Dr. Sarikwal and his team who have been instrumental in getting me out of chronic pain swiftly, on more than one occasions. I would highly recommend this practice.
I had a scan at Strathpine yesterday. Wonderful friendly receptionists Karyn and Julie on arrival and Sonographer Pat was amazing, very professional, and calming persona, which really put me at ease. Highly recommended.
Alena performed my neck ultrasound and was so gentle and comforting and the girls at reception an added BONUS. Topped off with a lovely follow up call from Rachel. Thankyou Ladies
Staff member Deena needs to get out of any customer care roles or maybe improve on her professional conduct. Hanging up on customers during a conversation is the lowest of the low and just reiterates her professional immaturity. Everyone else at practice was lovely including radiologist
Nice staff, BUT, INADEQUATE HEARING PROTECTION IN MRI MACHINE, SHOCKINGLY PAINFUL & DEAFENING, INJURIOUS TO PATIENTS , YOU OWE YOUR PATIENTS SAFETY DUTY OF CARE! GET SOME PROPER FITTING HEADPHONES!, SURELY YOU CAN AFFORD SNUG FITTING HEAD PHONES THAT BLOCK OUT THE JACK HAMMER NOISES, EAR PLUGS TOO BIG, DONT FIT, STAFF MEMBER SAID, YES, THEYRE TOO BIG FOR WOMENS EARS, SO, NO HEARING PROTECTION IN REALITY!! MY HEARING IS PRECIOUS TO ME!
