I have visited the Miranda branch of I-Med several times over the past few years. They have a great staff both at reception and the screening rooms. Even when busy they are always courteous, pleasant and know their work. I makes toe whole process more bearable.nA special mention to Ellie R, who stands out even among your great staff. Ellie impresses me with her friendliness, efficient manner and willingness to help. She appears to enjoy her work and has a smile even during busy times. As a person who visits I-Med too often these days her positive attitude does I-Med credit and is a great help to your customers
I had a mammogram and ultrasound today and can't speak highly enough of the radiologists Shantel and Joanne. They were both kind and lovely!!! I would of given 5 stars but the reception staff were cold and I couldn't hear them through the glass panels... Is this really necessary now? But efficient and timely, would recommend this practice due to the caring lovely ladies!
Had a CT scan Monday, 4/11/24 to see if my cancer has returned. Report still not typed Friday 8/11/24. I had to ring my GP to chase up. My GP was told that it STILL had not been typed and appears to have been missed! Atrocious customer service as far as typing of reports - to have to wait 5-7 days for a doctor to receive your report is very poor customer service. I previously typed reports for this company many years ago and another radiology practice for the past 10 years with reports typically typed within 24 hours. Not good enough IMED! You should seriously consider employing more typists to get reports typed sooner as this is a major flaw with your customer service. While I understand that IMED is a major radiological practice and very busy, it seems you are not prepared to employ/pay more typists to get reports typed sooner. We are talking about people's health here! Dr Glenn & Partners turn around for reports is 1-2 days. Will not be returning to IMED - next time Dr Glenn & Partners.
I had a CT Scan on lower back yesterday morning, & Steven was very kind & helpful assisting me off the table. I asked if the results would get to my specialists as early as possible re: My admiration to hospital in two days! & STEVEN said he would make it a priority to get it to my Surgeon today by noon, & it was sent!! thank you I really appreciate the caring & kindness I received much appreciated Steven
Went for an MRCP on Tuesday with a referral specifically stating contrast. After telling them I am breastfeeding they said I didn’t need it. Now after receiving my results me specialist is asking why no contrast was done and I have to go back and repeat the scan. What a waste of time and money. Not to mention the made me wait 40 minutes before taking me through to what was supposed to be a 9am app. You can pay for my repeat test for stuffing up my first one. Thanks.
