I had a 12 week pregnancy ultrasound today with Chris and couldn’t not have had a better experience! He was kind, friendly, so knowledgeable and happy to chat to me through what we were looking at so I felt a part of the experience! We got some super cute profile pics of the baby that he so kindly printed and cut out for us to take home!!!nnI could not recommend anyone more highly! It was so amazing!
I had an MRI done today after stressing for the last month, as I am grossly claustrophobic. The staff at the front counter were sympathetic, however Meredith, the professional who did my MRI, was extremely helpful. She explained the process in detail and let me have a practice run, so that I could determine the best way to proceed. I had a Valium tablet and I was given eye shades plus headphones with calming music Meredith talked to me throughout the process, which I found to be reassuring. I could not believe that I was able to complete it. Thank you very much, Charlie.
I couldn't write this review any faster. I have just come home from my MRI and I wish I had a thousand lines to write about Alana and what an incredible caring human she is with the most caring heart. I am a breast cancer survivor and I've had a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery and I now have another concern which as you can imagine I'm wanting an answer quickly. Alana went out of her way to be compassionate and understanding and assisted me in getting my paperwork sorted and booked my MRI to get my results to me as quick as possible. I have so much gratitude for YOU and thanks for the reassuring hug too. Shellie x
Always had good service here, but leaving a 2-star review becuase their phone service which was excellent in the past is now appalling. No, I do not need to be reminded 27,000 times that I can press 1 to receive an SMS to direct me to booking web site that I'm perfectly capable of locating myself. Navigating the IVR to find a human is virtually impossible... return to main menu and just wait and when you do get in the queue, well, I don't know how long it takes because I gave up after half an hour on my first attempt.nnOne saving grace, it does have a call-back-when-ready function... which it takes 10 minutes to offer you.nn... and then it calls you back 1 minute later and you are put on hold again for another 5 minutes!
Very efficient and caring staff. Having an MRI is never fun but the machine here is the largest one in Sydney I believe so it's much less horrible than the smaller machines. They let you choose what music you want to listen to while in the machine which helps greatly with my nerves. I've had 4 different scans here and I will keep coming back.
