I recently visited I-MED in Miranda for an MRI, which was performed by Dolla. She was incredibly calm, reassuring, and very gentle when inserting the catheter. Her professionalism and care made the experience much easier. She was amazing.

I had a 12 week pregnancy ultrasound today with Chris and couldn’t not have had a better experience! He was kind, friendly, so knowledgeable and happy to chat to me through what we were looking at so I felt a part of the experience! We got some super cute profile pics of the baby that he so kindly printed and cut out for us to take home!!!nnI could not recommend anyone more highly! It was so amazing!

I had an MRI done today after stressing for the last month, as I am grossly claustrophobic. The staff at the front counter were sympathetic, however Meredith, the professional who did my MRI, was extremely helpful. She explained the process in detail and let me have a practice run, so that I could determine the best way to proceed. I had a Valium tablet and I was given eye shades plus headphones with calming music Meredith talked to me throughout the process, which I found to be reassuring. I could not believe that I was able to complete it. Thank you very much, Charlie.

I couldn't write this review any faster. I have just come home from my MRI and I wish I had a thousand lines to write about Alana and what an incredible caring human she is with the most caring heart. I am a breast cancer survivor and I've had a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery and I now have another concern which as you can imagine I'm wanting an answer quickly. Alana went out of her way to be compassionate and understanding and assisted me in getting my paperwork sorted and booked my MRI to get my results to me as quick as possible. I have so much gratitude for YOU and thanks for the reassuring hug too. Shellie x
