I went recently to I-Med Boronia to have x-Rays done. The reception staff made sure I didn’t have to wait too long. I was seen by Danny who did my x-rays with expertise. He was very well spoken and made me feelnComfortable and not anxious. Thank you I-Med for looking after me so well.
I-med in boronia were so professional and friendly. I went in for MRI under workcover n didn’t have correct paperwork but receptionist sorted out this no problems. Then Steven did the mri and was so caring and told me what was going on all the way through the process. He kept checking in on me as very claustrophobic n put me at easenWell done I-med team
Very little waiting, the radiologist that saw me took the time to show me all the x-rays and explained everything to me. Everyone very courteous and friendly. Happy camper! Thank you
Booked my appointment 6 days before my scheduled time. Prepared for the appointment and walked in on time… only to be told I don’t have an appointment and they can’t fit me in. Very frustrating as we were excited and did everything correctly. Disappointing
I had a fantastic experience at I-Med Radiology Boronia. After raising concerns about a previous scan, the team went above and beyond to address them. Debbie at reception was excellent - friendly, professional, and accommodating in arranging my follow up appointment even when I was difficult to get hold of due to work commitments.nnThe Chief Sonographer and Radiologist conducted the second scan with great care and thoroughness and he even involved their doctor to review it. Their commitment to patient care and willingness to take feedback seriously truly impressed me. I’m very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend their services.
