I attended I-MED in Albany Creek this morning and had such a positive experience. Wendy on reception was very friendly and helpful, and the technician Ash was friendly and professional.
Great service.It all starts at the front desk .nEverything went excellently and ended with a warm goodbye.
Requested a Calcium Score to be done, as it is not covered by DVA I asked them to obtain pre-approval. They never sent anything to DVA and after 2 weeks of waiting they then tell me this over the phone after I call to chase it up! Wasted 2 weeks!
Lovely staff that are always very helpful.nAppointments seem to stay on time, which is a bonus as well.
I was asked to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment and did so. Checking in with reception took 20 minutes - most of that waiting for the receptionists to stop chatting to incoming patients. When I finally got to the counter, gave my name and handed over my referral and Medicare card, I was asked what my name was! I’m surprised I didn’t hear the phrase “Computer says No.”.
