I Count Beans has developed a revolutionary accounting system called One Snap that changes the game on how traditional bookkeeping and accounting has been done.

Our system simply allows the business operator to take a picture of an invoice using their smart phone device and that image will come through to our system to be processed in Xero. The invoice image will be attached to the transaction in Xero, which stores your records that meets your compliance obligations in case of an audit. Our system is simple as taking One Snap off your phone, that's it!

Xero and our app is available any where in the world and runs in the cloud. This means that a business owner could review their finances anywhere in the world at any time where a tablet, smart phone, or laptop connects to the internet.
