Great customer service. Melissa is very friendly and knowledgeable about the range of glasses and services they provide. She is very patient with customers trying multiple glasses and always happy to help. That’s why I keep going back to them although I have moved to far away suburbs.
A little asian girl was the one who served me and she was great! I paid up front and patiently received a text message to receive my glasses with no issues. She wanted to discount me but I declined because that's not fair for small businesses. I can't see why anyone would dislike this place especially with their discounts and pleasant customer service unless if you have issues lol.
Unprofessional and very bad service I am not satisfied with behaviour of staff. Will not recommend any one there is huge discrimination among customers and service level seems Chinese customers are more preferred
Got bluffed on pricing. Avoid consultant named Annie - she quoted me $250 on lenses that are supposed to be $200 which I was quoted by a very professional consultant Christian just the day before. When I expressed confusion on the pricing, she bluntly started attacking - I'd rather not repeat her words. She also accused Christian for being a trainee who doesn't know the right price. So I calmly put the phone down and then rang up another iContact store that I've never been to and ask for the price and it is $200 straightway. Before putting this review here, I actually wrote to their management on Monday. Unfortunately I have not heard back from them. I'd avoid this store for good. If you go there, I'd suggest you verify pricing with another store especially when you deal with Annie. Such a shame - it used to be a great store. ==================================================== Update 23/10/19: Getting interesting. They didn't respond to my email but after this review I got a phone call. A manager said he placed a call to me last Wednesday which I never received. Anyway, he is polite but insisting there was a misunderstanding there - Annie thought the lenses were for me with higher prescription. Only thing is that at the very beginning of my phone call with Annie, I CLEARLY stated this was for my daughter's glasses which Christian quoted the previous day. Why would she go to look up my prescription? And when I rang Sunnybank store, without even saying who I am, I got the right price! Please, no point trying to prove I am wrong. I'd like to move on since I've already received the glasses from Sunnybank store. Business still with iContact because there are a lot of nice people there - Chris, Mel, May, Christian, Owen...
I have just received the most exceptional service. They were able to order in some screws for my sunglasses that I was told from the original place of purchase "weren't available". For such a low-profit item, their service was above and beyond.
The best place for getting valuable frames. Appreciate customer services we got from * Lily Yao* she offered a good discount and was very patient in selecting glasses with us.
Excellent service. Very customer focused. Daniel the optometrist is very competent. Highly recommend.
