Went to the dealership today to get some information and check out the Palisade and Santa Fe. Wandered around the yard for a good 15-20 mins and no one came near me. Guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Very professional and courteous staff. Cannot praise them enough. Michael was fantastic with the sale of the car and in dealing with him made everything so easy. Will definitely recommend and would definitely go back. they kept you informed the whole time while i waited for my new car to arrive. very impressed with the service and even more so with my new car.
Was a slow start and hit a few hurdles but ended up with a brand new vehicle, vehicle is amazing, got free mats and front dash, 3 years free service, vehicle drives like a dream. Customer service is 5 stars also.
This is the second time I have bought a car here, they are very professional, helpful and informative. Obviously they want to close a deal and are pretty good at it.

I have sent two emails relating to service, through their web site and not received a reply. The first 8 days ago and the last 4 days ago. Not really good enough! Perhaps I should be looking elsewhere when I replace my i30.

Watch , A current affair before buying a Hyundai. Also check Facebook pages about Hyundai. I WOULD NEVER BUY A HYUNDAI. Please do your homework and research before buying.
Thanks to the amazing team at Hyundai Caboolture! Serviced my car a week or so ago, yesterday afternoon I had to pop it back in for a new issue to be looked into. Issue resolved, had my car back early the next morning and all is well again. The whole team is a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely be using them again!
