Hypertrans Removals had us booked in for a certain day to move, but we were delayed by two days - we only got told at the last minute. We had everything packed, nothing to sleep on, and the removal company wasn't there. We also weren't told until teh last minute that our goods would be unloaded and then reloaded onto another truck. Service was arranged through Moving Again - I will definitely not be using again!

AVOID!! The two young guys moving our furniture interstate were terrible. They were supposed to arrive at 7-730am and arrived 8:20. I had to chase them up and there was no apology. They then turned up with a full truck that had two other peoples furniture on it and after hours of taking furniture off the truck, putting it back on and trying different ways to fit my furniture, I realised many of my items weren't going to fit on the truck and had to leave thousands of dollars of stuff on the curb in order to get things moving so I could make my way interstate. (I moved all this stuff on my own whilst pregnant and very sick - my partner had flown out ahead of me to make sure he'd get to our new place on time to meet hypertrans removalists at the other end) They didnt keep me in the loop and I only knew what was going on because I heard phone calls they made to their manager. With no apologies still, they also told me I would have to leave 2 of my 8 dining chairs behind, like it was no big deal. I explained it was in the quote and a new dining table and chairs that I am still paying off and they all needed to fit. More time wasting and a call from the manager who also provided poor service, saying the chairs need to be left behind as well. Eventually they fit the chairs on, but the rest of my stuff was left on the curb (large shag rug, absolutely all our expensive linen (pillows, towels, blankets, king size bed linen) floor lamp, new exercise machine, vacuum cleaner, oil heater, personal belongings - list goes on. They made me pay upfront. By the end of it I was so sick and stressed about all our belongings not fitting on the truck that I just gave them the money when they asked for it so I could start my travel interstate to our new house. I felt my pregnancy was more important than the stress and gave up. I felt like I had been walked over through the whole thing. My brother in law went back to the property after he finished work that evening to try and recoup what he could from the curb, but as you can imagine, the majority had been taken by then. To make matters worse, the removalists scratched our new dining table and badly damaged a corner on our new tv stand. I sent an email with my complaints to be passed on to management. I also included a photo of the damage. They didn't acknowledge the email what so ever, which was also very disappointing. Please do yourself a favour and avoid the stress of dealing with this company.
