It was my first day, attending this clinic. I walked in, they wanted to charge me if I didn't have a booking. I made a booking to avoid the charge and had to come back later this day. When I arrived. I waited for my appointment. 15 minutes pass my time, they called me. Said where are you. I said I am here seated to be call for my appointment. They told me only than, I should of checked in. Not notifying me I have to do so on the first instant I was making the appointment this day. Once I got called. Saw my Lady Chinese doctor. I explain I needed a medical certificate as I am unwell. I wasn't felt welcome from her feedback.. I didn't like her demeanour and advise to all reading this review, this isn't a clinic for the local majority citizen. Very poorly appointed clinic.
Last Tuesday I was seen by Dr Michael Kim due to severe pain and swelling in my ear. The dr didn't look properly, I was in the room for less than 3 minutes and he gave me prescription for antibiotics. Today, 3 days later my ear is worse, because it was obviously misdiagnosed, I called to request a new appointment or money refund as clearly the job was poorly done, and I HAVE to pay again for an appointment because company policy is that all consultations are paid! Well, I do not recommend this clinic and I do not recommend this GP. Pretty much what I heard from the receptionist is that doctors can do a bad job at this clinic as long as you pay them for it doesn't matter!
As one of Dr Michael Kim’s patient for years, I can empathise with some of the negative reviews that were directed towards him. Most of his patients that have left negative reviews have probably googled their symptoms and as a result of that, have certain expectations towards how they’d like to be treated. He’s probably one of the most pragmatist GP that I’ve met. He’s concise, to the point and extremely efficient. If you need an efficient GP with no frills, go with Dr Michael Kim.
1Made an appointment as they have additional $90 charge you if you just walk in. I took a break from my work to be there at the time and I waited doctor to call me 40 min!! What is point of making appointment if I wait almost an hour ?? 2 dr Hala extremely rude. I felt really uncomfortable while she is approaching me. 3 Pharmacist on his own world. ignores your question. can’t even put sinple sentence together or acknowledge that we are the customer. So I should have believe all comments are here made it for reason ! It’s just ridiculous experience overall.
Be warned they have tighter entry requirements then the Pentagon! I’m vaxxed x3 and I did a RAT test and presented them the result and they don’t believe you - apparently you need to do it in front of them! I appreciate protocol but I wasn’t allowed a telephone appointment because I’m a new patient, so in short I achieved nothing other than my own RAT test result. I’m going back to Bondi Junction Medical Centre. Avoid at all costs, don’t waste your time.
I regularly went there for blood tests, which was good—However, my recent visit last Sunday was my last time going there. I was treated horribly by Michael Kim. He was rude and condescending. Before me, a lady with her kid complained to the receptionist about how rude he was.
Good service, staff pretty friendly, location is great...the only thing that I didn’t enjoy was the waiting time. I booked for 2:45, and i only passed with the doctor at 3:15. If wasn’t the delay, i would say that is the perfect place to go. Also the price is great if u book in advance
It took me a while to find a good doctor in Sydney... Luckily, I found Dr Phoebe Norville! She really cares about their patients and takes the time to listen and explain everything in detail. She has been my doctor for the past 3 years and she has always been exceptional. Receptionist are also friendly. and have had appointments with other doctors which are also really good and caring.
Walk in with a work injury bleeding through my bandages. In uniform of a state government agency so obviously the bill will be payed through workers comp. These greedy people demand payment upfront, also don’t believe their website that says medical imaging/X-ray, that is a lie. Waste of time , currently clogging up the emergency department in hospital with a relatively minor injury because of the greedy uncaring attitude of this medical centre.
This is mainly aimed at the brilliant GP Dr ai nhi bui,she is extremely competent and a very caring doctor. She has helped me with injuries and other treatments over the years ,and I would highly recommend her to everyone.
