Great customer service! Hyde Jewellers made me a beautiful custom made wedding band to fit perfectly alongside my engagement ring. Reasonably priced. Quick turn around for a custom piece. Couldn't be happier

Had an engagement ring made there and it came out great. Brought our wedding rings there and even resized my ring for free when I broke my knuckle before the wedding and resized it again after the swelling went down :-) Buying an eternity ring there now, perfect workmanship, high quality stones, nice guy and custom work.

Wonderful, My now Fiance and I only popped in for a look while we were grabbing a coffee next door. Managed to not only try on a number of hand crafted, stunning rings on site. But the Customer Service was second to none. Made us both feel special, valued and this was only when I was trying things on before my husband to be came in with the credit card haha We were able to purchase the ring and have it resized on site and collected the very next day :-) NO having to wait days/Weeks for things to be sent away.
