Very inconsiderate of properties close to their development site, creating lots of dust to houses nearby and ignoring request to maintain dust control policies all the time. They seem to turn on water sprinklers only if they want to. I bet their workers suffer occupational lung disease. As for people who live nearby, I know it's only temporary, but still not nice to have all those dust and noise for a few months. Not very good public relations management. They will be served with request for compensation if they are not careful. (Update: After I made numerous complaints, they finally arranged external house clean during building process, as their development is directly over my fence. They should hire a staff to do proper public relations before the start of project, it will be cheaper to negotiate with neighbours before, than to have neighbours report to council and builders association and get a fine.)

As a contractor, they are a fantastic company to work with. For me as a Photographer, they are completely happy for me to have free rain over what and how I photograph the event or job they have hired me to do. Everyone is friendly, down to earth and will do anything to help you do your job to the best of your abilities. The staff all put 200% into their jobs, as they love the company so much.

Such a great user friendly company - easy to deal with , every level of management is accessible and interested in the needs of their clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors alike. Friendly staff always looking for the best outcome for everyone. Take a long term view of quality and relationships.
