As with all "Aquaculture" (factory farming of fish), they exploit sentient animals in the most horrific ways, cram them into large nets so they have little room to move. They suffer stress ongoing, then at the end, they suffocate to death. And all of this for trivial reasons, since we do not need animal products to survive and can easily meet our nutrition requirements from plants (and other non-animal sources). All of this suffering and death for trivial reasons which is morally unjustifiable. They had a huge mortality event up in the north of Tasmania where 50,000 juvenile salmon died and they expect to have more due to climate change. We need to end our use of animals and go vegan. It's the way of the future.

Unfortunately, my only encounter with this company has been through the poor driving of one of its Western Australian representatives. 
Tailgating, driving over the posted speed limit and running through a late amber was how this company was advertised to me while driving today. Plate number of the vehicle in question was 1ELZ-123 (WA) - should the company wish to follow up.

Best taste and texture is Huon salmon. The top-most grade; "hand-milked" roe is amazing. It's no wonder that Tasmanian salmon fetches the highest auction prices in Tokyo's famous Tsukiji fish market. Photos uploaded here were taken on 7th August 2015 at their exhibition pop-up stall in Sullivan's Cove downtown Hobart, Tasmania
