Ordered at 8:10pm, told 45 minute wait- that’s fine. Order still hadn’t arrived at 9:10pm. Tried phoning the shop to see if order was still coming no answer- tried calling 6 times only to confirm if order still coming or not and no answer. Order arrived at 9:40pm no apology from delivery driver. Pizza cold and seafood pizza soggy. Nicks special undercooked and not cut. Garlic bread also not cooked. NOT ordering again- very disappointed.
Asked for you's to go light on the cheese, my pizza came with double the cheese and barely any sauce! Extremely frustrating how expensive you are but can only do a decent pizza and get the order right once in maybe 50 pizzas and that's me being generous
Ordered Nick's special,meat lovers, Palermo and tandoori chicken. Palermo and tandoori dull overcooked and tasteless. Very disappointed.
The worst nachos I had ever had. The lady that answered the phone was abrupt. Won’t be ordering from them again.
Wouldn’t bother ordering food from this place it’s a complete waste of time, we ordered food and waited 3 hours for our food we are in the same suburb, called 4 times and was told to wait longer every time and we never ended up getting anything, we have tried calling the restaurant to complain but can’t get through. People look forward to delivered food and clearly this business cannot provide the service which is disappointing. Ended up getting food elsewhere as HGP is hopeless.
It can be hard to get through on the phone if you call at a busy time, but the pizza is yum! Nicks Special is our favourite, followed by an Americana with added prawns
Usually I don't have an issue with you guys, your pizza is amazing etc. But tonight is been calling for 30 minutes, and I've called just over 100 times. It's either busy, or I just hear it ring until voice mail. I just want pizza man
Still the worst place in town no service no answer what could have been now a grade dump.
They have decent pizza, I would suggest that you order early as they get super busy. Pickup during a busy period is usually around 25-35 mins delivery up the heights is around 1.25-1.5hrs
Worst customer service. Owner needs a lesson on how to deal with customer complaints.
