Terrible customer service. Warrants fabric for a year but when it had snagged, pilled looked tatty and worn within a month... it was all our fault. Never ever had a problem with a sofa before and will never ever buy anything from these guys again.
I have provided my details to the person who replied. Nothing done. Very poor service. Cannot stay to the people who pretend to be attentive. I cannot recommend Hunters to anyone around me. There are large population living in North Shore. —- The manager repeatedly spoke about us in Chinese with her colleagues right infront of us calling me and my wife as han guo ren meaning Korean. It is true we are Koreans but it did not sound good and it was very unpleasant to be spoken about us in their language, and how we were referred as. These were when we were confirming buying the sofa and when we were holding up the payment while wife and I were discussing about the size of sofa possibly not fitting in our living room. The colleagues did not even reply to the manager, when she was talking about us and calling us han guo ren.
Fantastic customer service from all staff. They were all friendly, patient and genuinely helpful to help me find what I had in mind or was looking for.
The staff were very helpful. Would recommend them in their Albany shop

Furniture looks nice. Not sure it's fully leather and it's too expensive.
