The Ultimate Double Whopper, and the Angry Whopper at this Hungry Jacks is a well-presented burger that is worth the price. Staff is polite and service is fast and efficient. Cleanliness is also a plus. Definitely worth the price.
My order is never right. Like ever. Always missing somthing, got somthing extra, burnt badly packaged/spilt. Charging people ridiculous prices through third party delivery services and doing nothing for the customer when you don't get the order right. Even worse you threaten to call the police on them. Quick way to go outta business I'd say. By the looks of the last couple of complaints it might now be far off.
So, we went to this place after school because we were hungry and it was a 36° day and wanted something cold to eat and drink. We sat politely at a table wondering what to order, when a staff member came up to us and said “you guys need to leave” extremely rudely. I reply with “why? We did nothing” and he responded with “you go to ____” our school we go to. I say “what’s wrong with our school?” And he rolls his eyes and says “a couple kids that go there have been vaping and vandalising property.” Me and my friends look at eachother puzzled because we never did anything bad, it’s just a couple kids that go to our school. He then forces us outside and said we can only come in to quickly order. We then sat out eating in the scorching hot sun for an hour before walking to the shop. Atleast they let us in. Overall, this is disappointing and discrimination. I even gave them the choice to watch us to show them that we will do nothing wrong. Disgusting. Kid-friendliness: Atleast give us a chance and watch over us so we can prove that we are innocent.
Would be nice to receive the right meals when ordering through the drive through. I ordered a hash brown and egg & bacon Muffin. Upon receiving it, I could see it had black sesame seeds all over the bun and Barbecue sauce in the roll.... so I think it was a turkish roll that they gave me. Plus, they forgot to take my money. I had to ask them on who I had to pay. Please get your orders right. Not the first time this has happened.
to tasmin & the ingle farm staff , my partner & i just finished an exhausting 12 hour at our business & just wanted to end the night with some classic hj’s i gave the store a call to alter something in my uber order & was answered by a gorgeous human, tasmin. she went above & beyond for us & has the absolute kindest heart ever. after many years in hospo, working as a chef & manager, we know how tiring it is to keep an enthusiastic energy constantly, for many hours on end. to receive this back from her, genuinely made our year. just the smallest act of kindness can really change a mindset. thank you guys so much again, you really made our hearts & our stomach’s full this team deserves everything & more. you guys are so loved & appreciated also. we see you.

Got a chicken grilled burger yesterday. It was the smallest burger I've ever seen. I'm sure a cheeseburger is bigger and to top it of the chicken was so dry I couldn't eat it
Asked for a 20 pack of pop n chicken and I only got less than ten in a medium chip packet, and the girl that I spoke to about it gave me attitude and didn’t even ask to replace it.
I always order my breakfast in advance on my way to work. But they never start my order until i reach there and I end up waiting an extra 10 minutes everytime, and get late for work! It's not a one-off experience and has happened atleast 5 times. Would not recommend ordering from here if you're on your way to work!Food: 3/5
Out of all the Hungry Jack's I've been to both in Melbourne and Adelaide, this is where I experienced great customer service. We had a fun and yummy supper. Thanks!Food: 5/5
