I went to the drive through and tried to order a meal on 24/11/22 around 3:20. I ask the girl for a sprite with the meal. I ask her if the sprite is natural flavour or sugar free. She said it's a sprite. I asked her again but nicely but she skipped me before I even finished my order. I waited for her to come back to me but she skipped me twice. Really bad service never again I will go back there again.
There was one car in front of me at the drive through and I was still waiting for over 10 minutes. I got the food and it was warm and fresh but they didn’t give me any hash browns. I paid for 2 hash browns. I usually would go back and get them but I was in a rush. I paid $13 for just a breakfast burger and hash browns and didn’t get any!!!
We had the Chicago Angus with peppercorn sauce. Burgers were freshly made and hot but that's where the praise ends. Buns were too small for the burger - like half size. One of the buns was broken in pieces. The peppercorn sauce was great. Shame there were was only a teaspoon of it.Food: 2/5
Worst Hungry Jacks I've ever had. Cold burgers not properly cooked, raw ham not bacon on our burgers. Even after that trying to get a sundae and soft serve cone took 10 minutes and three attempts by the staff to get right. Tables and windows dirty, a really unpleasant experience all round.Food: 1/5
Don’t come here if you’re in a rush 10mins to order and another 10mins waiting for one meal and a hash brown. No customer service from what appears to be a manager not in uniform, tables and floors are filthy.
Came in 22/12 at 3:30 drive thru. They took my order wrong then I drove back thru to get what I actually asked for and was given the wrong burger again.
The, absolute, worst Hungry Jacks store in Qld! Having the bacon on the "head press" for 2 seconds does not cook bacon, 5 to 8 pieces of shredded lettuce does not constitute as enough. No quality check, not following food safety. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I am between good and disappointed, they did not have lettuce or tomato sauce on my big mac burger, I did not like how it tasted... but I am sure they do better next time...maybe keeping there restaurant a bit cleaner.
Playground closed "due to covid" even though there are no restrictions in place and parks etc. are open. No angry onions. All the decorations that gave the place atmosphere are gone. Slow service even though not busy. Coke was flat. Place is filthy. What a circus... Just bulldoze the place and start again.
I gave one star because I couldn’t give none ,this store constantly runs out of product particularly on expected busy nights eg football games, if you look like running out why don’t you check with your other 3 stores and and send a runner to get some beef patties of them. Just seems really dumb. !!
