Very rude customer service specially with the younger staff, we understand sometimes you maybe under staffed and be frustrated but no need to raise your tone and have unpleasant facial expressions. Being under staffed shouldn't be the customers problem. Please give the right training before starting work. Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerance please take your orders properly thank you
Best burger meal I've had in a while from a fast food joint.
The taste is ok but it's very expensive considering it's a spin off of Burger King which is supposed to be cheap. Value ratio not really there.
Well done to Hungry Jacks for not “jacking” up the prices at their airport store. It’s very annoying when you see this at other fast food stores that open at airports. This HJ store is not very large though. So be prepared to queue up to get your burger. Service is always good, fast and friendly at this store. And of course the burgers are indeed better at Hungry Jacks!!
The food here is terrible. I had the misfortune of ordering a bacon dwlux. It was truly aweful. Probably the worst eating experience i have had in the lastv12 months. Avoid unless you have no other option. The girl that served me was very polite though. Hence the 2 stars.
Refused to accept the hungry jacks app offer bar code at the counter. Staff was very flat and did not apologize. All round bad experience.
Open and close anytime by putting small note on cashier register that they r closed . even on google timing it says open . Very slow service walking like they dnt hv energy . They also said they dnt accept vouchers even in hungry jacks app didnt say anything and they dnt hv any note there talked with manager he said each person who hv voucher they hv to come and talk with us and we ll tell them verbally not by note .
I ordered through the app. They denied and said we dont have that deal. You have to order from our menu.
Make sure you check your drinks. The coke that I had seemed like it was mixed with just water and not carbonated like it's supposed to, so i decided to ask for another type of drink a sprite and guess what ? Same... The whopper burger also made with zero care given.. lost my appetite and what I payed for the meal.. I hope the manager sees this review...
