Absolutely terrible 25 min sitting at drivethrough, finally get our food to find half of it missing wrong size burgers and no nuggets what a joke of a place never going back

Staff are rude and arrogantly obnoxious. Prefer talking to eachother than serving the customers. The staff are impatient and don't know a thing about customer service or kindness. And takes and inexcusable long time to make a simple order. Please just have a meeting an tell your staff that you pay, to give quality customer service. Happens all the time. The Better Snack Box was really nice the first and second time but haven't had a good one since. Today was the last one, ordinary chips and greasy nuggets, is it the person cooking? Some cooks must do it really well and the rest aren't doing it well at all.
