I haven't bought a burger at Hungry Jack's in years. Ended up getting a Whooper meal see picture. Was VERY disappointed. NOT good enough. 1 tiny slice of tomato! Promotional pictures DON'T equal the actual burger. While I stood waiting, people were returning with their wrong orders, and it wasn't busy! Reading these reviews Hungry Jack's have a huge problem which they don't care enough to fix. DON'T blame your young workers, sort out your management and training. Won't be returning.
Ordered a Double Tropical Whopper Meal. Instead got a bun with just cheese, bbq sauce and a tiny patty on it. They obviously think customer service is a joke there.Food: 1/5
Ordered a double bacon cheese burger. Got no bacon and stale buns. Got no response from their feedback email address. Don't waste your time here. Oh the chips had the texture of wet shoelaces just to top things off I guess the meal wouldn't have been complete if they did something right.
I ordered a cheese burger & medium chips... The medium chips are now the size of small & was $2 now $3.45 outrageous for the price. The cheeseburger meat was dry with a very heavy hand of mustard sauce, barely any tomato sauce. My son spat it out. GROSS!
Waited in line for 15 mins, and a further 10 mins for order. Had to change order as it would have taken further time to do onion rings. Floor is greasy and slippery. Needs a good clean.Food: 1/5
They got the order wrong, however we only paid the smaller meal amount. The fries were only three quarters filled. It's usually so much better service than that.Food: 3/5
Consistently bad results. On two separate occasions I’ve had a burned burger and wrong order. Even when you order ahead so you can collect you are waiting 25-30 mins. Not sure what processes they are getting wrong but a lot of people were getting frustrated with the lack of activityFood: 3/5
Hungry Jackson should change there slogan to the burgers are crappier instead of better. But I suppose all fast food places showing nice burgers and deliver something different. On this occasion I chose a grill master Chicago Angus which is supposed to have ... A thick and juicy Angus patty, stacked with Double Bacon, Egmont Cheese, Peppercorn Sauce, Tomato and Lettuce on a toasted brioche. But want was served up was totally different. Coffee, seserts, and drinks are good, but they need to fix up there burgers. Wheelchair accessibility: Car park next to door easy to roll in.
Ordered our food and was told to proceed to the waiting bay as they were waiting on chips. After close to 15 minutes later and over 5 cars many drivers seen eating chips driving through with their orders, hubby went in to complain - the excuse from the shift manager was weak saying they were extremely busy. It’s a fast food chain - it’s MEANT to be busy!! Also, the restaurant is dirty inside and rundown outside - a refurbishment is definitely required and staff need to be trained by people who know about service. Parking: Waiting Bay only room for one vehicle- whole site is too small and pokey.
A whopper of a disappointment. I ordered two Whoppers and received two very pathetic burgers. This was the first time I'd been to this particular store, and it is most definitely the last time. I highly recommend you steer clear.
