Food at Hungry jacks is standard like all fast food and can't fault them on that. Some nights it seems like there is only one person working and honestly I'm not sure how this place manages. Wait times are astounding and your almost guaranteed a mistake in your order. If only they would hire more people to take the stress off of these workers.
Best meals everytime, no matter what time of day we've never had a bad feed. The coffee is always awesome too. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but totally worth it for hot, fresh, delicious food.
Food and wait was ok but the Manager taking orders was terrible. The way he spoke to customers and his staff was terrible. He made every one feel awkward. He's in the wrong profession. Staff were fine but his way of taking orders was backwards
Ordered online for a delivery of an angry whooper meal with a large sprite drink, they gave me a regular whooper and 1 large water drink. Rung them about the incorrect items, they didn't send me the right ones. Will never order from this branch again.
I waited 7mins after I asked for 10 fresh nuggets and 3 storms to be made when the nuggets were ready. My ice cream was brought to me UNDERFILLED 3mins b4 the nuggets and therefore melted even more. The lady who handed out our food with the name tag Chelsea was very rude and slammed our storms into the cup tray then basically threw them at us. I am very upset :
I got the popper meal and a cheeseburger for my dog, expecting it would take a while, and took 3 mins, and everything was cooked great salty chips though way better than maccas
The burgers were delicious! Hot, fresh and made well. The chips were only half full, but they also were hot and fresh, with a perfect amount of salt.

Ordered Food through drive thru, wait time was 25 minutes and once I received food one sauce was missing. When I asked for sauce one of crew talk rudely.
3 Orders in three days and not one order can be done as ordered.Lotts of excuses and to long waiting for orders. Shut the place if you do not have the items ordered.
