My partner and I tried the new Memphis fried chicken burgers on his lunch break. We realised when we got home that who ever was working in the burger room that day marked them correctly as a Memphis burger had the ‘M’ on the wrapper but the burger we actually got was a plain fried chicken burger. Someone needs to double check what they are marking/wrapping before they pump out the wrong burgers.
Friendly staff we request fresh petty for burgers & it was hot meal . For kids we ordered soft serve and good quantity. Nice for stop over & hot food …
Slowest place I have ever been to. Went into the store and waited for so long with very minimal amounts of people in front of us and back when COVID mask wearing was mandatory a customer was ignored when not wearing a mask until a LOT later when he was finally asked to put one on.Food: 4/5
Ordered ahead. Got the notification that my order was ready. Order was not ready. Waited while they made my drink. Picked up order and drive off. Fries cold. Order incorrect, wrong burger single, not the double I was charged for, also cold. Called to let them know about the mix up and given a code to redeem later.
Stopped during road trip for a toilet break and some dessert. Unfortunately ice cream had run out, however got something else. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Service was polite.
Pretty good place to grab take away, just check your order as they have stuffed ours up more then once. The staff are usually friendly but not always.

Food was on point as per usual service is abit slow. HJ's need to get their processes in better order. It's just so slow compared to McDonalds.Food: 5/5
