Worst Hungry Jacks I've ever eaten and very put off from ordering again, onion rings and chicken patties where all burnt and the chicken had a almost fish like taste at that point I had stop eating also asked for cheese on the burgers and there was none of that, even the bread looked stale. $50 for stale and burnt food!

It's quick food and friendly service. The place inside needs a clean more regularly, however, when we visited it was quite busy and a tad under staffed, so I don't blame them. I wouldn't pick this particular hungry jacks for a kids birthday party, but the playground is nice. Staff were quite friendly and comprehensive, taking orders quickly, food came out fast and assembled neatly. Vegetarian options: Hungry Jacks Rebel Whopper available for Vegans. The filthiest Hungry Jack's I have ever been into! Grubby! Sticky floors with grime so built up it leaves shoe prints. Had to ask for table to be wiped as unsanitary.Food: 3/5

Service was terrible. Waited in drive through over 10 mins. Burger cold and poorly assembled so that I had to stuff the filling back in. Had to wait for chips which were dumped into the bag. Drink dripping from being overfilled as it was handed to me. Worse still - the window was opaque it was so dirty. The stainless steel cardboard drink holder was filthy. The walls were greasy. Under the pickup window was stained with drink spillage. Place needs a thorough deep clean and staff retrained. No pride and no care! Have left my number with customer care. See how much they care!

Equipment constantly out of order. Very rarely can order shakes or ice cream and actually get what you order. Waited 28 minutes for a simple burger and chicken carry cup only to be informed that it would be another 15 minutes because they had no fries.

I ordered lunch just before 2pm on 27 Dec 2022, systems malfunctioned so was mixing up drive thru and online orders, so bit of a delay, but have to say the lady who was the manager or person in charge was amazing! So cool, calm and collected in spite the drama and abuse she was copping from the customers, who didn't seem to appreciate it was out of her control. She demonstrated true leadership, was able to keep the team on track, and managed to effectively get everything back on track. It was such a hectic situation that she managed with real class, and having worked in fast food myself, I would strongly recommend she gets a bonus. She's earned it!

Quite disappointed especially when you your really looking forward to it. Ate at a different hungry jacks & never had a problem. However this particular branch wasn't great. Got the family deal & paid extra for my 2 boys to have the drinks with the beads in them. Only to find out you have to pay extra for those drinks and to pay again for the beads. My partners whooper burger was cold. Had to heat it up the microwave so god knows how long this was prepared in the kitchen. Quantity of chips wasn't particularly great either.

The “burgers may be better” but holy hell did breakfast absolutely bomb! Dietary needs ignored after paying extra. My avocado breakfast burger couldn’t have avocado as it was frozen still at peak breakfast time. Lettuce was brown, bacon wasn’t cooked. Service is nonexistent. Do yourself a favour and don’t go here.

I would give zero stars if I could. Place was filthy, bins were over flowing, rubbish and food on floors and tables. Bathroom was disgusting. Food didn’t taste fresh and found something random in my burger. Thinking we will end up with food poisoning tonight. Miracle if we don’t. Would suggest going anywhere but here!! This place should be shut down. Owner should be ashamed

Pulled in 20 minutes before closing time tonight and they said they couldn’t take any more orders. AKA we wanted to finish early so aren’t serving anymore. My biggest pet peeve. You open until your advertised time, otherwise change your hours and update them online so people don’t drive to your store, just to get turned around.
