Really love a whopper. The flame grilled burgers are just sooo much better than elsewhere. Staff were helpful ans knowledgeable with the problem I had in APP. Like the interior decor. Kid-friendliness: Very friendly and cater for the whole family Parking: Plenty of spots Wheelchair accessibility: Heaps of spots and very accessible for those with disabilities
Nicely presented, modern style decor that Hungry Jacks is deploying. On this occasion though a staff member was cleaning the floor around the tables and dragged chairs across the floor, slammed them into each other and gave no regard to the guests. Ruined what was an attempted quiet lunch. An inconvenience that shouldn't detract from the brand or the food. However it was obvious that she gave no regard to the diners.
Terrible service, got whole order wrong, was in the drive through for 25 minutes before spending another 25 waiting for our thickshakes, only for them to turn out as liquid shakes, and they forgot half the drinks. Do not come here, it is horrendous
Went through drive thru, and order nuggets and a drink for my kids, lady at drive thru window was extremely rude. Then when I got nuggets they were not the correct amount. Rang store and spoke to shift manager Rinnie and advised what happened, offered to replace 3 nuggets only yet more were missing asked to speak to store manager, first they wernt there, then busy, then on break, when asked when they are back was told 30minutes - 1hr whenever they feel, yet shift manager was convercing with store manager the entire time where has customer service gone???!!! Let's see if a call back is recieved, if not guess it will be a complaint with the regional manager, it takes nothing to get an order right and have manners, clearly something this store needs too work on!
Would be nice if they had the barcode scanner so you could claim your shake and win. Forces you to pay more on the app for the rest of your order if you want the discount
Fried chicken burger was burnt and disgusting. Customer service was poor, have had multiple issues with forgetting Items ect.
Just picked up dinner on the way home to get all the way home and realise they didn't add the shared box of chips. Got everything correct except that, so basically overpaid
Not much to say about a fast food restaurant, but Hungry Jacks, Hallam is definitely the best Hungry Jacks I've visited. Fast and friendly service, local to where I live, and they definitely do not skimp out on the amount of food you paid for. Recommended. Parking: Parking right out of the front by the drive-tru and separate parking amongst all the other shops.
I was served by a girl named Aisha last night and a few days ago. Her service was amazing, as she showed so much respect towards me and other customers and made the perfect orders. Please hire more people like this wonderful girl.
SLOWEST drive-thru service in history. Been here twice now, and both times have had wait times of over 30mins, with only 5 or 6 cars ahead and having placed the order through the app already. Will stick to Dandenong HJs from now on - never have issues there.
