The staff who dont know how to remove the price for my free coke coupon has charged for coke too saying he don't know how to remove the cost from screen. Its clearly visible on bill itself a free but lack of something in staff is troubling me. Then I question whats the purpose of having and using app with the promotion 2pm-5pm deal ??
Absolutely pathetic. Don't rely on there being a hungry jacks at Darwin airport as part of planning your trip. I work FIFO through Darwin airport and so I'm there every two weeks. I've seen it open and close at sporatic times, almost like whenever they feel like it. We'd rather pay the jacked up prices at the cafe instead, as at least they're consistent. Hopefully if Hungry Jacks don't get enough customers through their own actions they'll close and a more reliable place will open there instead.
Store is closed despite the airport been full and all the lights are on in the store. Store hours say it is open but is not. Very poor service.
Their opening after 9 am. Before opening, they put a sign sorry we are closed, if you are looking for a burger, it is available in DOME Cafe which is opposite. It is butter to say coming soon, so anyone can wait a little bit.
These jokers, if you need a feed before a flight while you’re busy, make sure you have 20 spare minutes before boarding, for them to prepare a 1 burger order. Consistently roster on only 2 staff to work like dogs in a busy airport so outdated you’ve got limited options to choose from. Shame on hungry jacks, charge $10 for a burger that’s mostly pre prepped, just add staff.
It would receive a better rating if it was ever open and I could get some tucker????? But it never is!
Absolutely sero customer service, the fact that they can't even say I'll be with you shortly just left me waiting at the counter for 10 minutes and it wasn't even busy to then be greeted with a rude we don't take shake and wins here left me astonished I'm not sure how they are allowed to trade under a hungry jacks banner when they guy quite frankly told me because he is an independent franchise and can do whatever he likes is appalling I would rate this a zero star but it isn't and option and will be taking this expirance further with hungry Jack HQ
Came in at 11:15, restaurant says it opens at 10. They're still closed. Useless.
Good burgers, fast service - nothing extraordinary but nothing to complain about either.
