Today I bought a double cheeseburger meal from Hungry jacks at Arana Hills and when I opened my meal I was surprised with a very unsatisfactory burger. I took the burger back only to be laughed at by the staff, I then asked to speak to the manager and was treated with the same attitude and felt I was being ridiculed for my ethnicity. I asked them if they were being racist towards me and the manager smirked and said there was nothing they could do for me as there was no burger bread left in all of Brisbane. I'm not sure why they did not just tell me this when I ordered my meal in the first place. I wasn't offered any solution and was sent away. I chucked the burger in the bin as it looked like it had been tampered with before I had even touched it. I'm not even that concerned about the burger but the way I was made to feel the awful treatment I was given when asking what had happened to my burger. what do you think?any people who ordered from the shop who had the same situation as me?
I am so tired of getting home from the drive through and finding out that the burgers / meals are not the ones ordered. I am either really unlucky or this happens to most people as it happens to me every time no matter which store I go to. This is not the tropical whopper. Where is my tropical pineapple? Last time I visited I got a single cheeseburger not the double I paid for. I check the bag before I drive off but never open the actual burger wrapper. This means I can’t be bothered to drive back to get it sorted, so the store wins and I lose. Tired of it, will stop going.
Drivethru busy, only 2 other customers inside waiting for order. Tool close to 10min to get our order. Booth Tables unsuitable for Dad bods or elderly with medical conditions and normal tables blocked off. Had to place a single chair at end of table for elderly FIL. Tables not cleaned. "NEW" Jack's Fried Chicken burger put together by a "3yr old" it seems and chicken either not thawed out correctly before cooking or not cooked long enough. Not crispy at all and roll soggy. Chips hard unsalted and 30% black ends.
really good customer service, always super friendly. ordered at the wrong store on the app one time and they offered to remake my order for free. shake machine was down another time so they gave me an iced chocolate and free medium fries instead. really great experience getting food from here!
Amazing customer service. These young adults and teens should be applauded for their effort and attention to the customer service that they provide. Such a busy store and they are always working so hard to try to keep the customers happy. Well done to the hard working team at Hungry Jack’s Arana Hills.
Extremely poor service, waited 30 minutes for my burger. Once I finally got it not even a word from the staff, no apology for the insane delay or a thanks for waiting. This place is great if you feel like wasting your entire lunch break waiting for your food.
Half star if that was possible to give. Weather miserable, busy working day and I suddenly felt my hunger reached a dangerous level. Saw Hungry Jack's Burgers Arana Hills on the side and I had 11 spare minutes, so I parked the car and grabbed a $10 note and went inside. I could not afford any of the burgers! I asked for a $6.10 nuggets. The girl typed in and said "$6.55". I said "really! Look at the sign, it is said $6.10" She turned her head and look at the bright sign and mumbled something I could not understand then turned back and asked me "So do you still want this?" By then, my hunger and time left me no choice to go anywhere else so I paid for it and waited patiently on the side. Both the customer before me and the customer purchased after me were served and I felt I might be falling on the floor in any minute if I don't eat something. But there was no sign they were going to call any more numbers. So I approached the counter and presented my ticket. The young man looked supprised that there was still orders that had not been served, so he went back and checked the monitor. I finally got my six nuggets and the size was so pitiful! First, I thought it was illegal to advertise one price and charge a higher one?! Second, they were not even busy and they would miss an order while I was standing there waiting in front of their eyes! And I was late for my next appt. I will never make myself the "only" unlucky customer of Hungry Jack's ever again!
Terrible. Not sure why I keep getting breakfast deals from HJ’s. We were the only car in the drive-through and yet two meals took ten minutes to prepare. The hash brown was like warm, the breakfast burger had been microwaved to 1000,000,0000 degrees, the coffee was clearly made by someone who doesn’t drink coffee and the two meals cost almost $25. I am vowing right here and now to NEVER eat HJ breakfast meals EVER again.
One of the worst Customer Service experiences I’ve ever had. After having to wait to be served while staff members made multiple points of eye contact with no communication. I was then spoken rudely to by what I presume was the manager. And then proceeded to give me my incorrect order. Spend your money else where. PATHETIC attempt at customer service.
F’d customer service and the new iced coffee drink was garbage, it tasted like the coffee itself was in all day and the drive thru peoples were rude asf…. Hope they get a food inspection because it was absolutely dreadful.
