Went to this place 2x and got the ordered wrong. Recently today 4th september , and ordered 2 bbq brekki wrap, 1 bacon and sausage myffin, pancake Look at my pic. Got 3 muffins. Where the aremy wraps ? Also look at the bun, this is not wrap. Hungry jacks, can you take this seriously? To other customers , check before you exit the building
This place is a bacterial hazard . I was disgusted even more going to the toilet and the smell in there. Never cleaned. One can only hope they kitchen hygiene standart arent as bad as the rest of this place. I would have never eaten there but was invited by my work buddy who was desperate for food. The food was average as you would expect from a fast food joint. Hopefully I won't get food poisoning in the next few hours .. won't be back .
I really wanted to write a bad review but when you get served chips with extra salt straight out of the fryer so hot you can barely hold them, that deserves a little credit. I do hope the girl who looked like her mother died has a better day tomorrow. The burgers were on par with your cheap arse take away food. I would not say the burgers are better here but it wasn’t a total disaster, and so far I’ve managed to keep em down. I did look through the window and it looked like a tsunami had flooded the place.
I just got a new Memphis burger. Bloody disgusting. It was tiny and looked like a 4 year old child made it and the chicken was so dry. The onion rings were the size of a 20 cent piece and looked like everything was just chucked on a dry imitation Brioche bun. The manager needs to have a little bit more Pride in their work and train these kids properly in how to prepare food. This is why some stores go out of business. "GOOD LUCK"
Ice cream machine was out during our visit, so we tried ordering a traditional lemonade, which was also unavailable. The staff in drive thru appeared to want us in and out quickly so they could return to the fun and games the other staff were clearly playing out the back. Food was as expected, no better no worse.
This hungry jacks seriously needs a health inspection. The floors and tables are filthy, it’s obvious nothing gets cleaned on a regular basis. Makes you wonder what the state of the kitchen is like. The bins were also overflowing with rubbish. I don’t see how as the store was empty inside. You can hardly stay in there longer than 5 minutes as there is no air conditioning, you can clearly see that the employees are hot and sweating and struggling with the heat.
Same old place since I was a kid, the younger staff aren't always consistent on the intercom i.e informing you of your total cost before telling you to drive through isn't consistent but the chips are always great and the burgers are usually solid, although sometimes they can add too much sauce.Food: 4/5
Keep driving until you find the next Hungry Jacks. They were unable to get the order right even after 2 attempts. Communication is poor, the wait is long and the food barely palatable.
Unfortunately the truth is that the environment there is not properly clean.. when entering you can already see the smell of old fat impregnated in every environment... there is no air conditioning the employees work under heat and customers do not know where it is better to stayFood: 1/5
Burger pattiest are dry, even when cooked to order, it's just below average. I remember years ago when the burgers were juicy, fatty and had flavour to them.Food: 1/5
