As expected as any other hungry jacks though you get a cup and fill your own drinks from the tabletop machine. Tried the new spicy chicken burger but doesn't taste spicy. The chips did have a little too much salt but that is fine. Though the burger only came with the plastic wrapper instead of the normal burger box but think they knew it was dine in. The place felt a little smoky at the time.
Love the Krispy Chicken burgers we order but while the sign shows picture of lettuce in this Burger, we only get 2-3 pieces of tiny slice of lettuce. Understand the lettuce issue at the moment but they should at least try to compensate with something else. The girl who served us also seems to know nothing and can't answer any questions about the products at this Hungary Jack including opening time. Good thing is plenty of seat and place is warm .
WARNING - No star review!!! Treated my grandkids to a 'meal' at a relatively new Hungry Jack's outlet at Lavington, New South Wales. Without a doubt the worst burgers and service I have ever experienced in all my world-wide travels over many years. Waited over 15 minutes for cold burgers missing most of their toppings, no cup covers, a drink missing a straw and an absolutely awful bubble tea. The left photo is supposed to be a Roadhouse Jack's Fried Chicken burger pretty sure it should have more than just bun, chicken and sauce. The specimen on the right is supposed to be a Roadhouse Whopper note the thick cut tomato and lack of any lettuce or heat! Unfortunately I wasted AUD$44.40 here on quite possibly the worst meal I have ever encountered. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs! Never again!!!! PS: I only added a star because I couldn't post without one.
Love ordering their Whopper Jr. meal with Orange Juice & chips! Their burger sauce is beautiful. Customer service is amazing Keep it up guys!
I waited for service for 5 minutes before anyone even asked If I was served or not! During this time staff were constantly walking past me, completely ignoring me despite the fact I was trying to make eye contact with them! Other then that food was good
Ordered 3 large cappuccinos in drive thru this morning at about 10.30. It took ages to arrive, way longer than usual. When we got home 2 were OK. The 3rd was cold. Like the milk had not even been near the steam wand. Pathetic.
I am a 62 year old man, just trying to enjoy my fast food experience until a manager was screaming at her employees, calling them insults and being extremely offensive. She had blue eyes and black tied up hair, I couldn’t see her name badge but I think it started with an L. This made me extremely uncomfortable, my dine in experience immediately changed to takeout after that. No wonder you need so many new staff every week.
Starts out good but usually ends up in the toilet 20 mins after eating. There's something fishy going on up there with how many times it's made me ill.Food: 2/5

A very clean fast food outlet. Standard hungry jacks food done well nice and hot and the self serve drinks machine is a bonus. Staff are friendly and if any mistake made they fix it up without a hassle.
