Disgusting customer service. Manager is the biggest condescending cheapskate. Refused to honour a shake and win for a vegan burger when 2 chicken and cheeseburger burgers came up. All other hungry jacks honour it and so did Head Office after calling them. She was rude and arrogant and refused to give her name. So if your Vegan and want great service go anywhere local than Hungry Jacks Leumeah. Wouldn’t take it now even if offered because she is that cheap she probably spit in it.
When we ordered through uber eats late at night the burgers we bought were fine however that cannot be said about the onion rings. If you enjoy nearly cold, burnt and fried to the point there is no onion to be seen then these were perfect. There was zero onion in them because it and been burnt away, leaving a foul tasting, dried out pieces of batter. Although I am disappointed with Hungry Jack's for this, I have bought from them recently before and the food then was decent. It could just be the people working there that night or something. This has nothing to do with the uber delivery though. The guy that delivered it to us got it here 6 minutes early and notified us when he dropped it at the door as requested. 5 stars for him but not for Hungry Jack's.
Not sure if it's the time of day or not, when I go late at night there's NO chicken,no strawberry bursties, no cup trays, no ice cream, no lettuce Went there today 6th Nov 2022 as dine in, the second I walked in the door I was greated with soda all over the floor along with rubbish and food on the floor, this place is disgusting Kid-friendliness: Some staff are very friendly Parking: Plenty of parking
Pity you can't leave a negative rating. Placed an online order and then had to wait 20 minutes In the drive through to be told the ice cream machine wasn't working. Order should never have been able to be processed. When the manager was approached she couldn't care less. I suggest if your time means anything to you don't waste your time here. They don't care about you
Ordered some food on Doordash, These rejects that work here kept on giving my order to Different Doordash drivers. Never had this problem with Campbelltown Hungry jacks. New drivers kept getting assigned to me every 10 minutes.
Very good restaurant with lots of parking. Helpful staffs. Highly recommended. Recently I tried a family deal. Good value for money.Food: 5/5
Hit and miss with food and service, it all depends on the staff allocated. Some are great at what they do while others require more training.Food: 3/5
What happened ??. We ordered from hungry jacks Leumeah tonight and we won’t be back. Onion rings were dripping with oil, Only a strip or two of lettuce and about 10 pickles and the “ice coffee “ my 10 year old can make it better. It was watery and hardly any coffee. Did I also mention that they stuffed up the order and had to go back. I know firsthand at how the bosses of some hungry jacks treat the workers and it really shows.
Staff couldn't be bothered, waited 5 mins to be served and we were at the front of the queue. Absolutely zero customer or care factor. Counter staff looked despondent and were obviously not happy for whatever reason. 3 customers came in and complained that their orders were incorrect as was ours. Tables filthy outside and rubbish over flowing from the bins. Won't be going back anytime soon.
Very average The staff generally are easy to deal with, however the quality is always hit or miss, as well as the wait times for the food. I dont mind being parked in the waiting bay, but I dont expect old chips or meat patties if I'm waiting for my order
