I will never go back to the Port Kennedy HJ. I took my two young grandsons for dinner last Saturday. The “boy” serving me asked me to repeat my order numerous times. I asked for a bottle of water at room temperature not refrigerated. He had no idea. Two older girls came and knew what I wanted. One of them had been helping intermittently during my trying to place the order. The completed order took 15 minutes to be ready. It was not busy at the time. We went to find a table. There was only one almost acceptably clean table. My 10 yr old grandson was asking me to listen to his shoes sticking to the floor. The food was at best awful. I had a cheese whopper. The bun was stale/dry. The beef was black and dry. The salad consisted of a few thin strips of lettuce, two small soggy pieces of tomato, two small old looking pickles. I could see the whole burger through the “salad”. The tomato sauce was almost nonexistent and the mayo was not much better. The usual burger juices were not even enough to run out of the burger as expected from a hungry jacks burger. My grandsons cheese burger was no better and he could eat the chips because there was too much salt. He said the coke was good. I can’t say the same about my “thick” shake. It was way to thin to be called thick. My 5yr old grandson ordered nuggets and chips. This child always eats this and asks for more. He took a bite of both and said he didn’t want it. We went to the bin to place the rubbish into it. The bin was so full the flap wouldn’t swing inward. I had obviously not been emptied for some time. It had certainly not been wiped over properly. On the whole the entire dinning area was actually bad enough to be labeled filthy.
Dropped by this hungry jack branch for lunch on my way from dunborough to jurien bay…the baconator and angry whopper was not found in Singapore so decided to go for these. Both burger was delicious and patty is juicy! Even have choice of the freeze! A pity the table and seats was dirty and we had to clean ourselves.
Only customers in store when we arrived. Ordered through the self serve machines and took a seat. After 20 mins of listening to all the kitchen staffs loud stories we decided to stand and wait to ask how much longer 2 other people had come in to order by this point. A staff member who had been cleaning time to sweep and mop while we waited asked if we'd been served. Checked on our order only to let us know it had not gone from the self serve machine to the counter. 3 delivery drivers, more customers and chaos ensued. After 30mins we had our hot food. Waited another 5 for the drinks. I wish I got the name of the girl who was originally cleaning. She was so genuinely apologetic and the only one who helped get my order sorted. 5 stars to this one staff member. Zero stars for everyone else, their equipment and even the food quality. Never again.
Poor service. Drink all over container, couldn't care less to clean up. No serviettes. 3 young people standing around talking and couldn't care less about their customers. Very poor,. Aussie kids don't care, about how they are portray8ng who they work for. They NEED to be taught proper customer service and actually look like they really want a job.

Awful! Ordered a delivery via menu log and items were missing/wrong. When we called up the lady on the phone @ hungry jacks argued with us about what we ordered despite looking at our order whilst on the phone! Told we would have to drive to the store to collect the wrong & missing items - kind of defeats the purpose of a delivery! They finally agreed and resent the missing/incorrect bits and they taste like they’ve been rolled in a gallon of salt! Absolutely disgusting!!!
They’re lucky i can’t post pictures. Forgot the chicken on the jacks fried chicken burger. This has to be the WORST hungry jacks nation wide. The manager Rhianna did nothing to fix the issue, except ‘sorry we’ve been busy’. Too busy to put chicken on the chicken burger?!
Waited 40 minutes for 2 meals then when we complained they had completely forgot our order it was not busy at the time they never compensated our time or apologised. We also ordered on uber eats and they did not include the iced coffee that was ordered with no compensation. Terrible “restaurant”
Whole heartedly 5 stars! Was served by a girl with the name "Rylee" on her name badge, and she was just delightful! Super chirpy voice and an infectious smile, she got my order right and served it to me quickly. The food tasted great and was an overall great first time experience at Hungry Jacks. i hope the rest of the crew take a leaf out of Rylee's book, and she gets the praise she deserves for her awesome customer service skills!
My brekky roll was drowned in sauce and the chips I ordered were lathered in salt. I cannot eat them and have to throw it out.
