My elderly aunt, who lives right opposite Maroondah Hospital, keeps getting meals delivered to her front porch, even though she hasn't ordered them. The delivery person just leaves it on the verandah then animals come into her yard in the night a rip the packages apart. This not only happens with Hungry Jack's meals but countless others. So far, she has had at least TWENTY unwanted meals delivered there. We are gathering that a staff member or patient from the hospital is ordering and the meals are being delivered to the wrong address. Possibly the Psych Unit as it's right opposite her house. Do you use a particular delivery service? Do you have to send another meal to the poor people who are missing out? I have tried to ring your store but get cut off and can't leave a message. I have also tried to ring the delivery service listed on your website but got disconnected there as well. Can you please sort this out?

Maybe a personal gripe, but i have to park and wait every single damn time i go to the drive through. Inside it's connected to a service station which makes it handy should you need more than just the food.Food: 4/5
The manager with curly hairs is pure racist. He should know how to talk woth someone. Very bad behaviour.
Somehow always really slow when you go in to order so always take the drive thru as they are much quicker at getting your food to you. Best hot chocolates!
Started off bad with the news both soft serve machines out for maintenance, got over that with the suggested iced coffee replacement. That was the end of the positives, the chips had far too much "flavoured" salt and the spicy grilled chicken burger had a fishy after taste
01.10.22 Saturday 8pm ish. Manager went above and beyond for the service given to me. Wont say what happened due to copycats who might try and scam the system but bruh, this team on tonight rocked it. Plus I came in to a 5 car drive thru pileup that just disappeared before my eyes. Next Saturday night I'm going back to give them some well earned tips. Unbelievable effort and work ethic. Enforces my decision to choose Hungry Jacks over McD when McD is a 1min drive from where I live.
Fastest service in town. The moment I had made my payment, my meals are ready for collection. This is indeed fast food. :

After driving 8km to the closest hungry jacks, paying premium $$ for very below par burgers, tolerating foul language from the pinging tradies in your outlet, then driving home to find my order was wrong….maybe get a manager on board who actually knows about customer satisfaction
