Four out of four times now the food has been TERRIBLE. No quality control standards and they cut every corner to save money. Inside of restaurant is usually covered in empty food containers and the toilets remind me of my last trip to India because they don't have enough staff. There is always something wrong with the food like being burnt or cold or incredibly both. Last time I went for breakfast and got a ham and cheese toastie in pieces that looked like the crew had dropped and trodden on it or more likely as it was covered in black soot had to be scrapped off a poorly maintained and cleaned grill. Stupidly I gave them one last chance today and ordered a Chicago Angus burger meal. The Angus patty had obviously been sitting in a warmer for hours as the surface was black and burnt but its interior was dried out and nearly stone cold and there appeared to be no peppercorn sauce so all you could taste was cold burnt meat. They also aren't maintaining their drink dispensers as today and several times before my Coke was utterly flat and had obviously not been injected with CO2. They also didn't include any napkins. The fries however weren't bad although only filled up to halfway in the container. This place is always empty and obviously dying which is why the owners cut every corner possible to save money. NEVER AGAIN!
Great tasting burgers, could've been a bit hotter, but overall good. The ultimate whopper burger is the BOMB. Tables and seats were very clean, but dang they really need to clean those toilets.
The person taking orders won’t let you talk. Keep asking is that all? Ffs let people talk! When we finish we will tell you. She didn’t take the order correctly! The food quality was great but customer service garbage!
If I could give this store zero I would... that's what they deserve close their doors before 9:30pm store is ment to close at 10:00pm, please change it so we all don't waste our time driving out... staff are not happy or helpful, like they have a gun to their head to work... I would advise them if you don't like or want to work, it's simple don't... I bet it will be up for sale very soon for like the 4th time
Looks Like this guys don't want to treat their customers in well manner. These legendary employees say that one can't make an order while they are doing deliveries for their god's sake. Very well impressed with these homemade policies.

Nearly every time I visit this location around 4 out of every 5 times they mess up my drive-thu order... leaving things out, wrong items in the bag etc. I've learned to check every item in the bag before driving away - including opening up the burgers to ensure they are the right ones. Not sure if it's just this location, or HJ's in general, but It has definitely become an annoying part of visiting this place.
Finally I was able to get the extra lettuce and extra mayo I asked for this time! Food was nice and fresh. Always ask for fresh made food yall! Tastes so much better!

Messed up the walk in order purchased my meals drove home opened burgers absolutely disgusting drove back to store and found out burgers are 15mins old in warmer and no grill cooking I demanded 2 new meals cooked fresh there excuse for 15 min old burgers was because it's fast food really I said fast slop I wonder if head office knows what's going on in this store Never seen such disgusting stale soggy food served from hungry jacks in my life Be warned if you want fresh food from this store you need to ask for it
