I ordered a veggy burger through uber  and i order burger without cheese and tomato but staff send me burger only with cheese and a piece of tomato. Now they make excuses this is the fault of uber and they are not even pick my calls now. I call them 3-4  times but no respones.

Got the 2 smallest burgers they sell, and a drink. They took over 15 minutes to give me my order, meanwhile burgers were piling up, everyone was standing around staring at each other, and they threw an entire order in the bin for whatever reason. Somebody should manage that place properly.

I went to your store and I ordered a grilled masters thick juicy hamburger I got a large fries that was only half full and a grilled Angus burger with one piece of tomato a piece of bacon that looks like it was left out dry the burger itself is burnt all looks burnt will I be returning to your store know if I could it given you a -5 stars I would’ve

Never does this place get my order right. Came in a few days ago and ordered the new fried chicken burger and there was no lettuce in it, so I went inside to query why and asked them to put some on and was told “we don’t have lettuce” which would’ve been ok if I was told when ordering, or if you were using a cabbage substitute like other restaurants are. Seems like every time I order they make a mess of my burger; time before I asked for no mustard and it came with extra mustard. No one is attentive in this place.. they immediately park you at the window where you pay and say it’s due to waiting on fresh chips but then the food comes out and the chips aren’t fresh at all.

This is worst customer service and lazy people work place. I don't know what this company manager is doing every day? I have seen customers and food deliver couriers have been waiting for long time.not enough staff. One or two people working at the back.front counter more workers just standing and talking moving around. The company should consider this issue and place a new manager to store.your hungry will disappear when you waiting for food.

At 1am took 32 minutes to get through 6 cars at the drive thru. Not impressed as once i was in the queue I could not even leave. I was told the cars in front of were all picking up deliveries. Then when I got to the window they didn't even have my order ready despite having over half an hour to do so. Wish other Hungry Jacks in the area would go back to 24hr. Since COVID this is the only place you can go after midnight in the area if you don't want McDonald's or servo food.

Completely incompetent!!! Waited 10 minutes just to place an order.. and another bloke was waiting before me and got his order after I did, i left the shop before he did.. this shop is run by kids fresh out of kindergarten.

Got a one of a kind thick shake here machine must of been malfunctioning cuz it was heavy as and jam packed with ice cream.  Hope on my next visit it's doing the same thing  Staff are super friendly here but they are under the pump like crazy

Poor Customer service. Got their with my friend, who knew girls behind the counter. Those annoying girls didn't let us eat & we had to leave. Please let others eat in peace.Food: 2/5
