If you want to dine be prepared to be ignored by staff and to wait a very long time. When my wife finally ask for some service a staff member made a rude comment. It is possible the worst Hungry Jacks anywhere in Australia. The staff was not friendly, did not respond and the chips were soft and over salted! Terrible!

Check your order I asked no onion I got onion.i returned it they apologized an made a new 1 for me only problem was line cook used his fingers to get shell outta the egg before microwaving it.egg wasn't cooked properly I just left. Usually it's not a bad burger

The burger that we ordered was burnt and dry, it was just a bun and a meat pattie. Nothing else . Disgusting
