Wouldn’t eat here again or recommend! Kitchen was slow although the girl on the counter was friendly and professional. They get people calling in due to their location and attachment to the service station but slow kitchen meant food was not hot when we got it. Wasn’t particularly clean and bathroom was disgusting. Food was ordinary and the best part of the meal was the mango bubble drink.
Food and staff are great. Tables, doors handles are not cleaned. Had to ask to get a table cleaned to sit down for our meal. No one else eating in. I can guess why... Get with it and keep the joint clean.
Food was impeccably fresh and crispy, got the fried chicken and the woman serving offered to give me my onion rings while waiting for the chicken to cook; very thoughtful. Very polite and quick!Food: 5/5
Perhaps the worst Toilets of a Hungry Jacks I've ever encountered. The burger was a double cheeseburger without pickel and was as much mustard as meat. I literally wiped it off with a napkin but the burger was still terrible. Nobody wants so much mustard that the top patty is literally soppy with it. This is the worst burger I've had at a Hungry Jacks. I got a coffee and that was okay. Parking: Parking is shared with a service station. Don't expect to find a park.
Hungry Jacks shake and win is a scam. Won a shake a win “prize” with $20 voucher. According the advertising you should get a email with the details never did. Emails hjs they responded saying they received the email and would respond I. Three days that was weeks ago. Scam. Also asked the staff on purchase they know nothing about it and don’t care.
It’s absolutely appalling that the company refuses to do subsidies for food ingredients to cater for food allergies, dietary restrictions and etc. They however are happy to charge you extra for replacements, but be aware that they won’t subtract the ingredients price value saying a multitude of excuses devaluing this customer in the process. #Hungryjacks become better.
Opening hours are a suggestion more than anything else. It can be open until 10, or it could be shut at 8, well when it's open it's what you expect in quality, we don't eat it because it's good for us, we eat it because being hungry is the greater evil. The kids there usually give it a good go though, but there is only so much you can do with what they have to work with.
Website states it’s open. Unsure if it’s intentional as staff closed shutters whilst we were 5 metres from the main door. I have aboriginal appearance so hoping it wasn’t racial profiling as in that case, they shouldn’t live in a country if they hate the natives so much
Can see them all sitting inside on their phones while waiting in drive through for over 5 minutes, burgers that are meant to have lettuce have no traces of it poorly made food and long waiting times. Run by children by the looks.
Granted I've literally never had one order come out 100% correct, but I've always had a smile and a friendly attitude from the staff.Food: 3/5
