I ordered the rebel burger, double real cheese no onions. I got two vegan patties with vegan cheese one slice with onions. I repeated my order twice. Still no where close! This is the exact reason I never order from a drive through.
Went into drive thru asking if they could recreate the Smokey Angus Burger. Was told they could get Cowboy angus and replace the sauce with smokey. came home only to find out that there ARE NO SMOKY onions or onion rings. Still ate it anyway cus im not going to waste fuel going back for a burger.
Closed early and claimed the hours have changed to a closing time of 9:43pm? The quality of food and customer service has steadily declined at this location over time. A shame as it’s always been a late-night quick food stop for years and has previously and consistently closed at 10:00pm.
The hamburger buns were too cold, the added tomatoes were not spread out, they were lumped together, and even the napkins looked like they had been thrown into pieces and crumpled. I hope the manager trains his employees properly. Hiring a strong supervisor might be the way to change the overall review flow for the better.
Excellent customer service with friendly staff, nice clean atmosphere with staff cleaning as we were there. It’s a nice neat place and food was excellent. Hot chips, burgers and good thick shakes. Easy parking with a quick getaway into the heavy highway. Has plenty of space for relaxing.
Went here now are 11.10 and they shut early. Absolutely disgusting, people are inside and refused to look or acknowledge me while I knocked on the door to ask if they were still open. By the times on the website and google they are still open they just decided to shut early.
Burger and chips were fine but the thing I was really looking forward to was the cappuccino that I ordered, it was horrid, a cup of coffee flavored milk, absolutely no froth or chocolate sprinkled on top
Dont visit hungry jacks quite often but this has been the best ne ive ever been to. Everything was hot and crispy, dining area is beautiful and chiqueRecommended dishesWhopper with Cheese
I ordered a Spicy Chipotle Angus and after a 20 minute wait was presented with something that in no way resembled what they advertised. When I returned to the counter to question the staff as to what I had been served as it did not in any way resemble the product advertised, I was told they had ran out of ingredients. At no point during the order process was this communicated, nor was it mentioned during the 20 minute wait. No offer of reimbursement or replacement, simply a sorry and an abrupt end to the conversation. Shocking customer service. The burger tasted of nothing so I can’t even say it tasted bad. There was literally zero flavour to this. I had 2 bites and left it. See attached pictures of what is advertised and what we received. Hungry Jacks, hang your head.
Good quality whoppers. Restaurant is grubby and run-down. Not the nicest place to eat. The McDonald's around the corner is cleaner and more modern, but I much prefer the burgers here. Big, juicy and loads of flavour.
