I went there to try the....as the sign says...Jack's barista made coffee. I was more than disappointed. Very insiped coffee. I couldnt taste the coffee so dont know about the coffee bean. But I did try it. Otherwise it was a nice clean place with very polite staff.
Wonderful spot with heaps of parking around. Although food isn't classified as healthy meals, it's worth dropping off at the facility savouring a few chicken burgers with a spicy sauce drained by one cold water or drink to quench thirst. It's worth taking after a long mile trip away from home. Hungry Jack's Burgers has always had an attractive atmosphere compared to other contemporary eateries around New South Wales. Awesome to see and experience indeed. Five 5 stars for me. Vegetarian options: I am kind of a Rastafarian guy who is mostly lured by mother nature choice of savouring vegies type of food and more fruits. Parking: Heaps of parkings around no questions about that. Just drive in, pick your spot and just park. It's free and open to customers.
Worst service I have ever had at any take away restaurant.. I arrived at the drive way and had one car in front of me. I gave my order and followed the car in front to pay. Twenty, yes twenty, minutes later I reached the window to pay and was then asked to park on the waiting area. Which I did... 10mins later a young lady brought my Meal of 1 burger, chips and pop chicken, already had my drink, and apologized for the delay. Friggen delay, 30 mins all up is completely and utterly disgusting. I can assure you that I, and all my friends, and anyone else who listens, will no longer be using that site.
The slowest “fast “ food place in town. The kids working here were hopeless. I notice The lady preparing the orders for uber eats people “she’s like walking in the park” . The mature man , i think he was the manager, he is doing all the work. The young girls were all chatting on the side. They will only stop if the manager calls their attention. Maybe go and check other fast food chain around you, so you can compare how SLOWWWW your place is. I can say kids in other fast food chain has a proper training compare to ths place. If you got all time in the world then go to this place.
Went through drive thru, had the worst customer service and they were so rude. Asked for no pickles on my cheeseburger and received a cheeseburger with no cheese but with pickles??? Chips were cold. Waste of money go to Maccas
The food was quick and good portions, not half empty. And the staff were nice!
Yesterday. Food was good,service was fast but unfortunately when paying in drive thru the girl who was serving us was giving my father and i filthy looks and acted as tho we were nothing more than an inconvenience to her. Felt very uncomfortable after having to deal with her. Maybe keep her in the back away from customers.
Drive through customer service is below the zero. Seems like the staff doesn’t want customers to order anything because girl wasn’t even letting me say any word. Before I could finish, she kept on saying anything else anything else. I had to go through drive through thrice, waited in parking and still got stale eggs in my breaky roll.
Service was quick, food was garbage. The real stand out was the bathroom which resembled something you’d expect to see in a prison or war ravaged Ukraine. I was honestly concerned I was going to get a needle stick injury. There was no soap, nor was there a functioning tap!
Went drive through... Waited for over ten minutes... Had to go in store to collect... Burgers were cold and poorly stacked... Bad experience here... Much has to be improved... Manager was stressed place looked a mess... I don't do bad reviews often... Slow down and focus quality and service... Be better every day...
