Really ? Take some care in preparation. This is how I got my wraps. Come on guys, you are better than this. Not sure if they are wraps tbh.
Went an got the pulled beef burger, found mould on the bun. Called an let the restaurant know. Went back a week later to get a new burger, no manager came out to apologise for the mould. Then I had to wait 8 minutes for a burger when the store wasn’t busy.
1 Star is too generous. I've tried soooo many times to give Hungry Jacks a chance and every single time, the burger is sloppy, soggy and just doesn't stay together. Just horrible. "Burgers are Better' my arse.
The food was ok, definitely had better from here, the aircon was not working and the general state of the store was terrible, material on seats ripped and wotn out, amenities were dirty and one out of order, needs a good refurbishment, has been the same for the last 10-15 years i know of
Poor service. They have closed most of the tables due toCOVID19 which is fine. But, they don't clean the tables after they are used, especially its own workers sit and eat for long wasting whole table.
The food wasn't anything great to remember. Definitely not special. However the establishment itself was terrible. Easily the most run down Hungry Jack's I've seen across Australia.
Very nice, very quiet. Good spot to hide from drug dogs.
Liked the rebel burger with cheese, not so much of the unsavoury characters that hang around that place after late.
