Absolutely useless. They forget something with every order. Tonight they forgot chips. How on earth do you forget to put half the meal in the bag!?! I've worked fast food, it's not difficult to get an order right!! They also put waaaay too much ice in the drink, literally three quarters of the cup is ice
Extremely impressed with the customer service provided to me on Monday night by Olivia. Outstanding service, she held conversation well and answered al my questions in the most respectful manner. So impressed, I will be coming back often thanks to Olivias incredible performance! I hope to be able to write many more reviews.
My elderly aunt, who lives right opposite Maroondah Hospital, keeps getting meals delivered to her front porch, even though she hasn't ordered them. The delivery person just leaves it on the verandah then animals come into her yard in the night a rip the packages apart. This not only happens with Hungry Jack's meals but countless others. So far, she has had at least TWENTY unwanted meals delivered there. We are gathering that a staff member or patient from the hospital is ordering and the meals are being delivered to the wrong address. Possibly the Psych Unit as it's right opposite her house. Do you use a particular delivery service? Do you have to send another meal to the poor people who are missing out? I have tried to ring your store but get cut off and can't leave a message. I have also tried to ring the delivery service listed on your website but got disconnected there as well. Can you please sort this out?
Somehow always really slow when you go in to order so always take the drive thru as they are much quicker at getting your food to you. Best hot chocolates!
Staff are very nice so is the food whoppers etc. usally 1-2 staff in the morning but not busy and quick service Olivia is a great person had a lovely chat with her drinks are also good and quick service

Ringwood Hungry Jacks is by far the best Hungry Jacks around. The staff are amazing and very friendly. I will bypass other Hungry Jacks store to go to this one.
Maybe a personal gripe, but i have to park and wait every single damn time i go to the drive through. Inside it's connected to a service station which makes it handy should you need more than just the food.Food: 4/5
Food is ok and service is t bad at all. The seating and tables are like 30 years old but holds my weight no worries. Wheelchair accessibility: Few spots out front or you can push the wheelchair up hill from the parking down beside the fire station
The manager with curly hairs is pure racist. He should know how to talk woth someone. Very bad behaviour.
