Helpful and friendly staff, place for dine in is clean and not to busy in the lunch time. We got Krispy spicy chicken and grilled spicy chicken burger. I more like the grilled spicy chicken they are nice. They also have kids meal. It's not bad
I order a hamburger with 2 meets and just come with 1 meet and I called them and they said I am wrong. I don't have time to call a company to just play about it. The customer service is poor. I will never use this service again. I never had this problem with Mc Donald's.
The food is fine but I asked for no pickles on my burger because I’m literally allergic to pickles and they still put them on. You guys need to understand that when someone asks for something to be taken out of their burger it may not just be because they don’t like them, they could have a severe allergy. Thankfully my allergy isn’t severe, my mouth is just burning.
Absolutely dreadful experience. I’m completely understanding of staff feeling tired and being unable to clean straight away, but this place was not just messy, but DIRTY. My husband and I waited for around 40 minutes for our food when we only ordered 2 meals, and worse was that there were barely any customers in the place so waiting that long was unnecessary. Staff clearly did not care at all for the job or customers. Again, I get night shift is hard but at least be polite. After the 40 minute wait, we ended up with cold food. Really unhappy with this Hungry Jacks!
Absolutely ridiculous wait time, very poor service, food forgotten, ice in the drinks when we asked for no ice, and to top it all off, our food was cold. There were only 2 meals that we ordered. I get that it’s the fast food industry, but there surely must be better standards than that.
The staff were very average on my visit, although the service was fast. The food was oily and stale, and the place was absolutely filthy. It was my first and last visit to this store, there's no way I'd go back.Food: 2/5
Not the best branch, but it is the only one in areas. Did drive through and wait for a while. Ordered 3 burger and after leaving traffic drive thru just to notice one was missing. Not even bother to turn around again and come back.Food: 3/5
This hungry jacks is usually good. It fell so short on my last visit. The burgers were smothered in ketchup and Mayo, to the point where there was more mayo and ketchup than anything else. The spicy onion straws were brown and burnt in the burgers. No pickles to be seen on any of the burgers. And the fries were just disgusting, dry, brown, cold, not salted fries, sat in front of me. I basically threw $40 into the trash. Won’t be back for a while until they lift their game.
27 minutes stuck in the drive though line, not pushing out any orders but still taking them with the line growing. One star is too many to be honest, that was unacceptable. This place needs help!
They could do better. Delivery? Honestly, don't even try ordering there, waste of money. I ordered twice from there so many times and all times the packaging was badly damaged. Drinks spilled over food, food really cold etc. Dine in? It's EDIBLE, honestly. I would much rather eat at El Jannah than there.
