Ordered 3 ultimate double whoppers and 1 ultimate triple whopper and they forgot one of our burgers! They were stone cold and the chips were absolutely raw! Horrible!

This is apparently a Rodeo Burger, it was absolutely disgraceful.  The onion rings were burnt, there was no sauce.  Surely they knew the customer would not think this was acceptable.  Last time I order from Hungry Jacks in Rowville.

My chips were mushed and looks like someone took a bite from each chip. Never seen this issue at any other place. Please fix.

3 stars for great customer service. Long delay in the drive-through and the burger was sloppy and over-sauced vegan whopper cheese. Operator at the window was friendly and apologetic about the delay. Food was overpriced for the taste and quality of it.

Food is as expected, we ate in and all the available tables needed a wipe over as there was food on every one

Man at drive through was amazing! So polite and apologetic. He cooked everything fresh for us and was a wonderful man. He made our day! Total legend

This place takes forever at peak hour. Also forgot our sauce and napkins. Can't get basic things right. Food was good at least.
