You’d think with walk In closed they could focus on drive thru ?? Nope! Disgusting! And inedible!i threw it in the bin. Don’t put a tomato end on a burger, seriously just slack as! Meat was all floppy and Luke warm at best. Could not get any sloppier!!! Place needs a clean and a manager who cares
Me and my sister had to wait for 10 minutes to get our food, drink, ice cream and the first whopper Jnr Cheese was cold. delivery person was standing there for 10 minutes. The booths wasn't clean and including the kitchen was disgracefully. 3 Rubbish bins was overflow. staff in the kitchen making food without hair nest or hat that includes the assistance manger which is a disgracefully. When me and my sister went up to assistance manger and let him know about the booths, 3 rubbish bins and the mess on the ground and assistance manger response was "thanks for your feedback" in a rude tone that shows how much he cares about his workplace and his duty

I was appalled by the service we got in the drive through recently and even more surprised to see that management couldn't care less because they failed dismally to followup. Granted I got a call from the city store who assured me they would pass on my complaint to Annerley but nothing happened so here I am to make it known how disappointed I am. We drove through and placed the same order my daughter was told to order about 20 years ago. A medium whopper, plain just ketchup. After several thousand of this exact order one should be shocked if they got it wrong.we wondered why the car in front of us threw their order back through the window!! The first attempt was handed to us in an oversized bag. 2meat patties sitting on a bed of ketchup in one box. 1 plain bun in the other box. Really?! We sent that back and after another long wait the girl handed back V2 that was a plain bun in one box and just 1 meat Pattie sitting on a blog of Ketchup in the other box! Now it seems you have to make your own. No serviettes to clean the fingers either! I hope you learn about customer service Annerley
Worst worst experience ever! Ordered from the app and they STILL got ORDER WRONG! Then had to wait and wait and wait and then only bought one drink NOT 2 as ordered and then they were WRONG WRONG!!! Rang to complain and no answer no answer and still no answer!!! Deleting app now! Will never ever go near them again. No other take away needs to worry about any competition from them because there IS NONE!!! If I could give NO stars I would.
Ordered a rebel whopper for my lunch. When I received it the patty was black and dry so I asked for it to be made fresh. Crew person out front with curly light brown/blonde hair and glasses said it would be made fresh. When I received it again it was no better than the first one. So I spoke to the manager with blonde hair and glasses and she remade it herself; she came back with the fresh burger i requested the time before, along with a refund, friendly smile and attitude. Lovely manager keep up the good work! xxx
It is disrespectful that they serve this type of product, the burnt beef, the overcooked and almost burned potatoes, the only decent thing was the drink and I certainly doubt it was Angus beef because it did not taste of anything, of course it did not taste of anything because I was burnedFood: 1/5
Ordered food during the dinner rush, got given the wrong order. I am an introvert so i proceeded to eat the incorrect order. The food was fine, but THE ORDER CAME WITH NO BUN, WHO IS SO DEPPRESED ENOUGH TO GO TO A BURGER PLACE AND ORDER FOOD WITHOUT A BUN. Anyways the food was AMAZING, it smells so good, My imaginary partner loved it too.
Ducked quickly into the drive-through to get the family a soft serve each. Service was quick and friendly, but did have to ask for napkins. An icecream each and no napkins could've ended badly, staff should know this.Food: 5/5
Visit here frequently. Close to home. Staff are friendly and very efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. Dine in area is comfortable and spacious. Food and coffee is always. Tasty and fresh. Looking forward to my next visit. Thanks. David Hagger Parking: Have always been able to find a park there
