Burger had nearly nothing on it - definetely not the whopper meal i paid $16 for. Incredibly disappointing because no other Hungry Jacks stores make whoppers so bad. Chips were cold too. Just... ew.
For some reason in the last 10 to 15 years Hungry Jack’s has changed a lot both flavour wise and connection with customers this one at least has a very good food quality compare to almost 18 other restaurants I’ve been to the only other one that comes closer this one is Keperra yes I sometimes seem stressed but this one and that one seem to have amazing food quality compare to all the rest especially ones from south side near Salisbury Oxley and Gardencity seem to be very bad food quality and prep .
Service was good. It could’ve been a bit cleaner with bins overflowing that you couldn’t fit your rubbish and you had to put it on top of everything. Food was good but they didn’t get the allergy right they put tomato on the burger and when we asked for a new burger it did look like they just take the tomato off. But in saying that we’ve had worse Hungry Jack’s before
The drinks were warm and I ask if they could give me some more ice that's when they person behind the counter said that they didn't have any ice? My grievance is that this wasn't advertised or relayed to us when ordering, I don't blame the workers but I could see that these people have a poor work culture here and who ever is the manager of this hungry jacks needs to take a good look at there management skills.
I had to drive off without my order. I waited 6 minutes in the waiting bay for a breakfast wrap & hash brown. I had to get home and log in for work and I didn't know how much longer I would be waiting? The staff should give you an estimated wait time then the decision is on you. Anyway, Merry Christmas everyone.
We visited today and decided to dine in as a bit of a treat for my 4yo. Wiped and cleared our own table, pretty much all tables were filthy and the bin inside was overflowing. We sat for around 45mins and did not see a staff member once come out into the dining area to clear or clean tables. A shame considering how busy it was. I remember what HJ’s once was, unfortunately today this restaurant appeared a little run down and dirty.
Went through the drive-through and had to go back inside as I was given the wrong burger. When I did get the correct burger, it was slapped together and the burger patty was cold and the tomato was unripe and hard. Not happy and will not go back to this store. Vegetarian options: They do have the Rebel burger.
What ive got at Hungry Jacks was tropical whopper meal and a storm - very summery and fit for the weather. Ambience wise, at the time theres only 1 or 2 people dining in. The staff are nice . I will coming back again!!!!Food: 4/5
Had the most picture prefect bacon deluxe burger. It was so fresh and tasty it brought a tear to my eyes. I wish I was joking, this experience has raised my expectations to unrealistic levels for the future...Food: 5/5
Ice coffee is trash. I asked for sugar, was told they don’t have any. I said you sure… chips epic. Coffee trash and service was similar
