The staff were efficient & didn't take too long to complete the order. Shame they all seemed to be teenagers working there,exploiting young people as they are working there getting paid less!?! It's not a good look when adults who're also keen to work don't get a fair go for jobs as many employers pick"under 18"only!!
Always good burgers and only occasionally get the order wrong. The staff are not always friendly when you go in but the drive thru is good.
Coffee was excellent its a Jack's Cafe. But my Brekky Wrap was tiny. Almost no egg. Hash Brown's were great though.
The rebel whoppers were actually cooked properly and were evenly cooked throughout. One of the better hungry Jack's, if you can weather the drive.
Ordered 4 Whoppers with cheese and 5 small fries and they were yummy. Burgers were moist and tasty while fries were crispy.
Worst Hungry Jacks on the Gold Coast. Another botched drive through order. When will they ever learn and train their staff to fill the order properly. How many times do I have to go back and repeat the process!
Lovely polite staff..Small hiccup with sauce on Aussie but rectified very quickly! Aussie burger and Whopper with cheese meals were hot, fresh and were delicious! Well done!
Used to be good but our last few orders have been short a burger or two, collected at drive thru & only discovered at home. I'm afraid I cannot recommend or support you given this happened again today :
