ABSOLUTELY Disgusting. Ordered a Family Feast Deal and the Order was nothing short of a shambles. Drinks were wrong and short changed. Food was made poorly and cold. No Sauces. No Straws. No Serviettes. Children couldn't eat and ended up spending more money buying pizzas. Waste of $50.

Made me wait for 20+ mins literally. They preffered drive through over ppl waiting inside. food when it came didnt taste fresh. Zero service or management. They dint change globes for veg food and some ppl who came after me got served before me. Vegetarian options: 4 vegen burgers, fries and coke.
Goodness me, busy. Got my burger but they didn’t have it prepared as I’d ordered. But, you know, I was hungry.
Two boys working today half n hour ago don't know normaly it's always good but l don't know why they served us cold chips and cold and hard chicken bolls we been nice only customer in the store even waited for order but guys why would you do this to somebody especially with kid we just wanted to have small fun time with little one please don't do this to someone especially when they respectful and nice you never know someone might be trying to have little good time never had this experience with this store ,we Normally order drive through Maybe you judge people or decided not to serve us well but plz life is already hard when u r not busy or not under stress plz atleast provide hot food kindly
Ordered 2 rebel burgers, one with cheese, one without. Asked her 4 times if it was a rebel burger and she kept saying yes. Got 2 burgers no cheese on either and it was beef patties on both. Couldn’t be bothered driving back. Service was slow, others getting angry at the wait. Felt sorry for the girls serving, but doesn’t deserve any stars
If there would be negative stars, this place would have -10 Slower than a turtle serving need to wait 30min for an order. The worst of them all

When through the drive through at lunch time on a Monday, and had THE best attendant I’ve ever had in fast food. He was young and he personalised his service communication which was really refreshing. I hope he gets employee of the month. And the burgers definitely came with extra pickles like I asked. Well done.
