After being a loyal customer for years, I was told they no longer give re-fills. That's fine. I'm just not going to be your customer anymore. Hungry Jacks App is now deleted from my phone.

Was a loyal customer of Hungry Jacks firle but the quality has started deteriorating over the time. I ordered 2 tendercrisp peri peri and waited 15-20 mins to get the order. Later, i took a bite and felt the taste to be odd. Not only there was no peri peri but the buns were totally burnt black! Didnt expect such ignorance from HJ!

The girl served me cold chips and made me wait twice, and later got me the chips without salt.

Although the shake machine wasn't working...I still was able to order iced drinks & sundaes. Service was friendly and fast. Nice job :

Very disappointing these days, burgers mixed up & some missing all together. It's okay to be quick but getting the orders right would be way more important I would've thought? Make sure to check your order Before you leave? Use to love this store.

This store has had a nice makeover. Never had bad food here. Playgound/outside area is big.
